Musk would be the least preferably of the 3 billionaires that have always made sportswashing sesne, Ratcliffe, Bezos, Musk etc, but i would still take him any day of the week.

Thanks for clarification on this. Interesting indeed.The guy gets a million messages a day to buy United, which is why he said that, he's joking we all know that. HOWEVER, I actively trade the stock market on a daily basis and here's what happened yesterday:
Man Utd get's 0 options activity because the stock never moves but yesterday lunch time it got 450k in volume on it's options:
This picture shows that someone with a lot of money thinks the stock price is going to at least $14, from the $12.63 it is now.
That's a 3500% increase in volume.
This all happened before Musk sent out that Tweet so the conclusion is that someone knows something is going on at United or Musk is manipulating the market to make some lunch money.
Elon could buy us, revamp the stadium, get bored and sell at a loss...I'm here for it!
