He’s a great character in fairness, and showing a bit of quality lately.

Don’t think I’ve had a good word to say about him, but he’s looking like an asset these days. We’ll played.

Out most improved player. Delighted for him and very happy to be wrong as I didn’t see it in him at all

That would be Scott but he's a close second.

Not popular to say here but Mourinho was spot on when he risked the signing of at the time an unproven player at professional level but already very well known by youth football scouts in Europe based on the Portugal 99 generation who won under 17 and 19 euros and he probably won a UEFA youth league also with Porto.

Must be said 2 years ago I thought this wouldn’t be possible for him and he probably would become just another player who had lots of potential at youth level but didn’t fulfilled it at professional level.

Let’s see if he is reliable from a physical point of view, particularly regarding injuries, needs to be said before he signed for United he already had a couple of problems with that.

Mentally he looks ok for this level, let’s see the rest.

The one time our clubs hoarding strategy actually pays off. Glad he wasn't sold for pennies.

His confidence is growing all the time. Could be a damn good player in the making.
The ten Hag factor.

He's doing well under ETH. Actually doesn't look that out of place within that defence. He's growing on me.

If he maintains this run of form he'll be one of the best RBs in the league

it's a joy to watch him putting in those performances and slowly playing up to his potential. Really, really good this season.

He’s a different player.

shows what good coaching and having a good centre back alongside will do.

My MOTM, I knew ETH would whip him into shape! Looks a completely different player now.

Keep it up, Diogo, and make everyone - me included - eat their humble pie by the end of the season. And credit to the manager for spotting the potential and believing in him.

I'm his biggest critic but he's improved a lot. Hope he keeps it up.

Another solid performance, he's improving fast. I wanted him gone but boy he's been great. Seems to have feed of Martinez's fire.

I don't know if I'm right or not but he the personality of trainable dog, seems to be really impressionable and genuinely tries his best, great attributes to have.

I can't believe I'm saying this but he's been pretty great these past few games.

His defending has improved beyond my imagination. Praise where it's due, he's doing very well and if he continues like that, I don't think we need to look for a starting RB but more a back up

I'm not sure I can recall ever seeing a player improve as quickly and dramatically as Dalot, when comparing his performances over the last few games to how he'd been last season and the first couple of games of this season.

Prior to these last few games, in recent months he'd for most part barely looked a footballer worthy of the top division of English football. He couldn't get near opposition attackers and was limited on the ball. Suddenly he looks rapid, is blocking most of the crosses he should, and is playing with confidence and flair.

A new RB seemed essential in the summer, but for the first time in a few seasons he seems near to the kind of player that persuaded Mourinho to sign him, before injuries and the poor structure at Utd in large part derailed his development.

Very good game again. Don't think Arsenal created anything from that end. He was always good going forward. The defensive side has improved drastically.
Once he forms a proper understanding with Anthony, he will thrive as Anthony also puts in a shift defensively so they will both help each other.

I was crucified here for talking in favor of Dalot. The comparison vs AWB would look embarrassing by end of the season. This guy never had a consistent run of games until Ralf took over. This is his first full season as a starter.

Brilliant again today. One of our best players.

I'm beginning to wonder if this is the same player we've had all these years? Four very good games. Keeps this up and we won't need a new right back.

I am worried about the number of 1on1s our right back had to face in the last few games.

Lucky enough, it's Diogo feckin Dalot covering this side!
