Maddison is so good. I think he'd make a better #8 than Eriksen.
He's not #8. It took Eriksen several years and tries under Poch, Conte, and Thomas Frank to transit to CM. Even then Eriksen is still upgradeable. Can't see us spend on Maddison and spend time to mould him into CM with the risk of him never making it.

I would be curious to know how many players started PL matches this week who are NOT internationals.
Fair point, interesting question too.

Maddison always likely to be a difference maker between these teams. Probably the only genuine quality on that football pitch.
Which makes it all the more baffling that Leicester miss out there midfield so much and go long.

Anothe good save from Iversen, he’s looked good tonight.

I am curious to know now, actually. And to compare with other leagues across Europe. Might do that later.

Everton missing some big chances here. And now Vardy hits the bar on the break!

Ward not being in goal for Leicester is the best thing that happened to Leicester

Can’t believe he missed that!

Vardy should have hit it with his right too instead of turning out.

What a crazy minute that was. Vardy did everything right up until the finish.
