But that's still not the worst part. The worst part is X. Not only does it say nothing about the business, it's near universally connected to online pornography. It's also completely useless for visibility and search results, being a letter of the alphabet.

I am not as read up as others but I think they struggled with how to make it more profitable, and with general direction
He paid multiple times its value so had to make it more profitable to justify paying a hugely inflated sum. Its basically a series of stupid decisions after stupid decision to justify the previous stupid decision.

I've been wondering about that myself, with regards to the sign. It's such an easy one, large obnoxious flashing sign is put up and it's annoying people there. You'd always think it's a dick move, no matter who put it up. As it's Musk though they're compelled to defend it. One guy said no residentials are in sight of it so this makes it ok, some people used verifiable evidence to show he was wrong, and he just sarcastically segued into rhetoric about how it's dumb to complain about the sign with all the homeless and dirty streets there are.
