Still prefer Rashford on the left but Garnacho gives us a different option by going on the outside.

Rashford, Garnacho, Antony, Hojlund, Martial is a good attack this year.

He is right? But it's also been a while since we had someone so direct and fearless so maybe we like he more because of that?
Yeah. It's not just direct and fearless. His output looks decent as well. Last season, 6 G + 6 A in 1447 min. (1 G/A per 120 min.)

And being so young that makes it more amazing.

He has a monster mentality and so much determination already, like a young Ronaldo.

I like watching him attack one v one. Doesn't have tunnel vision like Rashy who's always looking for the shot.

Marketability. He needs to do something first to make the numbers people sign off on it.
His style of play is far more exciting than anyone on the pitch. Plus he is very young, talent and coming straight from our academy, really its seems better choice to give it to him.

So glad that we have him tied down to a long term contract. Really excited to have him and rashford as options on the left wing

The kid is really something special. Glimpses of Giggsy, Ronaldo, Beckham and co. when he was running past the defenders today
He looks like he has grown as a man. Physically he looks bigger

Unless Rashford is in a purple patch I'd rather see Garnacho out on the left. He's more unpredictable and every bit as direct and threatening. He looks much more physically developed this pre season.

Absolutely brilliant today, as all young wingers though he is going to be inconsistent, so we all need patience.

Really excited to see him thrive this season. Hope this is the full breakout season for him.

Ever since the Fulham away game last year i've been wondering how will the Rashford/Garnacho duopoly on the left wing be resolved in the future.

Kid is a potential superstar. He should start at least 20-30% of games this season. Used regularly as a weapon off the bench against tired fullbacks.
Yeah it's a nice problem for EtH to have, and for the coming season I would expect Rashford to play and the you'd pick one of Garnacho/Hojlund. Having Rashford switch between CF and LW positions, which in itself is no easy task.

But long term Garnacho is going to be very hard to keep out of the team.

One of those players who’s never hiding he’s always offering something. I think he’s brilliant.

Garnacho is a proper winger, he can go inside or outside. Doesn't force it, I think we will see more goals and assists. He looks like a 60 million pound player, someone who has so much potential. If we sell him one day, it will be for a ridiculous fee.

We all love United
We need to give the scout who spotted and recommended him to the club a big pay rise, whoever that is. What a massive and young talent we have in our hands

"Martial...He's isolated Skrtel here..."
Was really excited by the willingness to find players in the box today. That sort of improvement takes him from a raw unrefined explosive winger to one that can really be relied upon more frequently to produce.

Also his take on numbers are absurd if anyone hasn’t bothered to check on them

Dan James was direct too. This one has very rear close control while running at high speed. Today he was picking out players at the end of those runs and we know he can score too. He's on track to be something special.
I regularly watch football alongside Chelsea and Arsenal supporters and he excites them too.

Would playing him on the right be a bad idea and hinders his development?

Id love to see this one day:
Garnacho - Hojlund - Rashford

Because Rashford's top performances usually happens when he starts on the left.

Antony, Rashford, Garnacho, has the potential of being one of the best transitional forward lines in the PL.

Just watched the highlights of the game. Looks like he was a creative monster today? If he actually has that part of his game then he'll be world class without a doubt

Brilliant, looks to have matured. Not only great running at defences but his passing looked on point. He has to start more this season.

The best winger we have had in the past 8 years came from our own academy. After spending hundreds of millions...

How does he compare to Martinelli, quite similar players.

I thought his decision-making today was excellent, especially for Antony when he could’ve easily tried to take on the defender and go for goal instead. His outside foot pass to Mount was great as well and his work on and off the ball was superb as well. He’s going to be massive for us.

He really should have gotten the 7, I trust Eric's judgment on this however, perhaps he chose to keep him hungry and not complacent?

I'd say he's better, might be my United bias speaking however.
