See post 5835 then see post 5799.

Though I’d certainly say Sancho is more successful than us posting under pseudonyms & using emoji’s but as my reply to post 5799 is about, you’d have to actually speak with Sancho to know what success is to him. £300k a week to stay fit or internet forums.
Well yeah, right now he's successful in the same way Winston Bogarde was. Great work if you can get it.

He's clearly a complete failure as a Manchester United player, and that's the angle pretty much all fans in here talking in those terms will be coming from, obviously.

What the actual feck.

Because I playfully said something about a made up scenario, therefore I’m a fanboy?!
It wasn’t meant to be offensive mate.
There’s nothing wrong with being a fanboy, be proud mate, be the fan that loves the man.

& look at us both our illustrious careers have led us to Redcafe where you’re calling a multimillionaire a failure & Im laughing at the suggestion. That’ll really teach him.
If you want to project your own insecurities based of a guy like Sancho then by all means go ahead but he seem to have questionable values and lacking professional ethics amongst other missing qualities. So he probably won't care that he went into contractual agreement to play ball for big compensation, instead he is happy to not play and is robbing the club and in extension the fans blind with minimal effort and clownery. But he should be happy to know that he still has a few loyalist fans left here and there that hold Sancho > United to be true.

If that were the point being made I would have approached it as I have others. Just check the post above, the guys frothing at the mouth about things he quite simply can not know.

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve criticised Sancho’s United career myself, so that certainly isn’t the issue.

If. Ten Hag is the one with strong mentality vs against a weak mentality.

Then the ability to forgiveness is with the one with strong mentality.

Not sure the weak one will say sorry. "Sorry is the hardest word to say"....said someone

And poor on training, but do deliver performances on match day VS Good at training, but can't deliver on the match day? Who will you pick?

I am not saying Sancho is that kind of guy. Just have a bit fun and laid back attitude on training. But when it counts = Then beast mode and 100 focus swith on.

So never say never.

It's all about "best when it count"....when 3 points really count.

At training. You don't train max to get burn out. Then came to match day. Your max energy are not there. You always save some energy to the matchday....when you go to war. Not before that.

So best and working hardest on training = it can have negative effect and a negative side by it too.

And we all can see. Many United players don't deliver top performances and level on the match day.

In the end:

A top fresh and motivate Sancho and Antony. As right winger. I think i will pick Sancho over Antony. And with Sancho style. As RW. Sancho style will suit Høljund more than Antony. And Bruno back to his best position = CAM/a free nr.10.

United and Ten Hag has suffered because of Sancho and Antony case. Clearly. In some way. It has weakened United in attack.

He doesn't need to say anything.

WHat we are seeing on the pitch is proving his point.

Both player and manager are children, someone should have banged both their heads together and told them to get on with it by now.
You can't undermine the manager's authority like that. The club has to back the manager.

Yes, we're shit at the moment but Sancho is one of our shittest ever players. He's played about 2 good games in 2 or 3 years. He's not proving anything. He's just the poster boy for a bunch of wasters.

If the club wants to maintain high standards Sancho should be sold regardless of what happens to EtH.

If Sancho's strategy is to wait it out until Ten Hag gets sacked he's more of an idiot than I realised.

For a start, barring a complete meltdown I don't see Ten Hag going this season. That means potentially 7/8 months without competitive football (barring a loan deal in Jan of course)

Secondly, even if he did go any manager coming in would have to be an even bigger idiot than Sancho to bring him back into the fold given that this player attacked the previous manager on social media. This would instantly lose him any credibility with the dressing room, and for the sake of a player who has done next to nothing in a Manchester United shirt and proven himself to be a troublemaker at several clubs inc. the national team.

He'll also will have lost any goodwill with the fans, especially if he comes back and continues being gash - which is an inevitability considering how long he's been out.

While I largely agree with you, we are on the cusp of a complete meltdown let’s be honest.

I think his strategy is to leave in January and has been since the falling out. There were reports we'd have happily sold him in the summer with a good offer. He's done here.

Interesting story coming out that Kevin DeBruyne was considered a bad trainer by some of the senior members of the squad during his Chelsea days.

While I don't believe any of it was made public at the time it was happening, KDB almost sounds like Sancho in this interview he gave about how he perceived his training at Chelsea a while ago:

"I trained well," De Bruyne told Sport Bild. "Jose Mourinho never explained why I was rarely allowed to play. Maybe it would have all gone differently if Chelsea had paid 45 million euros for me instead of eight million euros to Genk back in 2012. I would have had a different standing, and got more chances."

Sounds like he may have developed a "what's the point?" attitude, similar to Sancho, but I think he was given far fewer chances at Chelsea than Sancho has been given at United, and Chelsea had a much more established squad during that period.

Sancho will be extremely difficult to sell !! His ridiculously high wage coupled with his poor performances & apparent poor attitude will limit the number of buyers out there.
What would be considered a "good offer"

I'm not doubting that, but he can't spend a whole season not training or playing. I think in the summer it was rumoured to be around 40-50m, now I think a loan to get some interested parties would be the best we could hope for.

Can't see anybody offering £30 million plus taking on his £350k a week wages?

Even if we loan him out we will end up paying the majority of his wages.

A truly embarrassing situation all round.

I agree. A loan would be the best case scenario with him performing well to boost his transfer value.
You would think that given a chance to play, he would want to excel and prove his critics wrong.

I think he will also probably be on his best behaviour too, because he won't want to prove Ten Hag right. It will be the best for everyone.

Regardless of the merits of Sancho being frozen out, the owners could be looking at Sancho (an 80mil asset in their eyes) being brought back in as a benefit of sacking ETH.

There is no benefit of bringing back a dud. Just let him go.

He doesn't seem to be self motivated at all. He will keep blaming outside himself at next place too.

If ETH has no future here might as well try to bring him back and salvage the investment.

Things have taken a massive turn for the worse since his exile. The players siding with him?
100% think some will have sided with him, he'll have friends in the squad. But I'm sure there's plenty who think he's handled it wrong. Either way it's probably caused a divide in the group. The leaks will be all out soon enough I expect.

To be fair it's not like we didn't start the season awfully while he was in the squad.

I said this early in the thread to only be accused of defending a millionaire.

The reaction on social media & the pitch from colleagues & teammates when he came back last season would point to someone who is actually rather liked by his peers. Didn’t Rashford like the post?

I think he'll play for the next manager to be honest.
Then that will be concerning from the off.

This isn't like, I don't know, the Mancini/Tevez mess at City in which they forgave him and whatnot because he was a quality player. Sancho, in my opinion, hasn't had one good game here. One game where, for 90 minutes, it looked like we got our money's worth. You can't make allowances for a player as disappointing as him. Even if the initial problem wasn't under the potential new man in charge.

Still sell him even if ETH goes. We don't need a squad environment where the new management has to walk on tip-toes around him, have the assistant-manager come collect him in his room to make sure he shows up on time like the rest of the squad etc.

There's no way the new management can demand more from each squad-member when Sancho needs pillows under his arms to function.

Nah can't agree with those saying ship him regardless, his stock is at it's lowest. And ordinary I don't even know what's really going on just thru are being stubborn idiots (both manager and player).

If we do the typical thing and boot the coach then I would say bring him back in if the teams ok with it. Maybe the next manager wants to see if he can do a job. If he's still shit...... then sell him in the summer.
