Imagine if we could be in a game like this going toe-to-toe with City. Feels like such a pipe dream now.
Many things wrong with your club now however I don't think head to head against City is a problem, generally? You have beaten them home and away even if you were poor. I remember under Ole. Even last year's win. Or maybe I am forgetting more games!

This United team would never come from a goal down 4 times, City would have scored 6+ against us today.

Chelsea were impressive there. Expect them to get back in the top 4 fight although they've left themselves a lot to do.

Guardiola is the most overrated coach in football history, a nothing man, who would achieve absolutely nothing if not for the lucky circumstances he found himself in.
100% spot on. Keeps tripping over and landing on trebles.

I am so mad I missed the second half. I have sky sports on now tv but I had to rush out of my house for something and I left my PlayStation on with it on, so now when I tried to watch it on my phone while out it said I am on too many devices…even when I signed out of all devices using the app and signed back on to the app

That was the best game I've seen in ages. I've lost interest in football a bit, but that was an outstanding match

Having to watch Chelsea to enjoy football again is actually quite depressing.

But their games are chaotic under Pochettino. Getting throwbacks to the latter stages of the Spurs CL run where everything was happening.

I didn't think I would ever see Walker take a freekick.
He's pulled that shit twice recently now he's captain and wasted them both. Pep needs to have a word with him, just cause KDB and Alvarez aren't on the pitch doesn't make him in the top 10 potential free-kick takers at the club..

Fun game.

Mudryk looked unable to complete a dribble against 9 men and today also with so much end to end he looks unable to run with the ball. Palmer has a nice turn of pace similar to Foden and surprised me how good he has been for Chelsea.

Sure, after how many billions spent. Treble with Bayern is a minimum for almost any manager, and Barca like I said was one of the most talented teams of our generation. But sure, must be true because the TV said he is.

No of trebles Bayern have done in their history: 2.

I think Pep is probably quite a handy manager mate, I don't think it's just cos Micah Richards said so.

There has to be someone who hates VAR in the PL office so much that they've implemented it in the most ridiculous manner possible, hoping there's enough public outcry that VAR doesn't get modified to a sensible version; it gets eliminated from the shores of England.

@Pogue Mahone, where are you right now?
I mean, that would be amazing. At this stage it’s all I can cling to :(

Sterling has been ridiculously good. His attacking workrate is not giving enough credit. Haven't seen Kyle Walker troubled by a player this much in ages. And..as I type he gives away a dumb free-kick in a dangerous area
Weirdly, he would struggle with Saint-Maximin as well.

This is a strange season, here we are playing so badly but because everyone else is so inconsistent we find ourselves in 6th place and 7 points off top when it feels like we should be 12 or more points off top considering how we have been going.
We have really awful goal difference, we would be 9th based on that.

We're not far off the top because the top teams are a bit meh so far. Sure, they'll ultimately pull away but it's been a rather poor league all around this season

Maybe Im being the eternal optimist but if ETH can get the team playing well then we havent been left behind and top 4 is on. I had almost already given up on that.
