Jesus, close to calling ballgame on this abortion.

Allowing an historically bad Gators defense to look like the 2002 Bucs.

Oh wow! Ok State go ahead with just over a minute left.

Keep an eye on that Ollie Gordon kid, he's got the profile to be a stud in the NFL.
He’s a scary dude to tackle.

It’s a shame BYU didn’t pull through - OU/UT could’ve given a symbolic middle finger to the BigXii on the way out for all the calls we haven’t been getting - but the silver lining is I don’t think we were beating UT in the rematch at the moment.

Both targeted.

I have no clue who our third string QB is.

It’s Brock Glenn, true freshman.

The upside to YouTube cracking down on adblockers for regular videos is after looking into their services I discovered I could have my own pseudo-‘CFB RedZone‘ via YouTube TV.

This is fantastic.

"Winningest'" is the most repulsive word I've ever heard and I'm glad it's not in the OED.

I wonder if that was as well-sourced as it seemed why it got shot down?

Meanwhile, Jeff Lebby to Miss. State still seems on. Sooner fans are unperturbed about that one - barring any bad news about the loss of good prospects.

No doubt this cat's buyout number will be slightly less than Jimbo's...

From a British perspective it’s so hard to understand college (and Texas hs) football. It ranges from clown show to a completely professional sport and the funding disparity seems at times inexplicable

Read ‘Friday Night Lights’ by Buzz Bissinger if you haven’t already. It’s an absolutely seminal read about high school football.

Whatever Finebaum is saying, 73% of the time he needs to shut the feck up

Also there's no permutation of the playoff without 1 SEC team this season
Dont really listen to Finebaum so I couldn't really say. As to no permutation of the playoffs without an SEC team, that is probably not true.

If Alabama beats Georgia, there is a real chance there is no SEC team in the final 4 playoff.

Michigan and Florida State wins, they're both unbeaten and Conference Champs, so they're in. The winner of the Washingon/Oregon game is either unbeaten or has 1 loss and is a Conference Champ. Both are currently ranked above Alabama so a win is not going to drop either below the Tide, so that's 3. Last but not least, if Texas wins out, they're a Conference Champ, have 1 loss, are currently ranked above Alabama and have beaten them as well. So they'd be in above them. That's 4. You could argue that Georgia should still get in with one loss, but they would not be a Conference Champ and thus would arguably have a weaker resume than either Michigan, FSU, Washington/Oregon and Texas.

That scenario (apart from the Georgia loss) is probably what's going to happen.

Alabama wins, every likelihood that there is no SEC team in the playoffs.

Elko left like a coward. He skipped town in the middle of the night and scheduled a Zoom meeting the next morning to tell his players. I get going after the raise, but at least respect your players enough to tell them to their faces. Lots of our players (and recruits) don't seem impressed by his midnight run.

That smacks of Bobby Petrino-esque horseshit.
