When we look at the Scousers in envy at hiring a throwing coach, trying to eek out fractions of a percentage here and there - this is what we'll get with this guy

This is the same thing Mike Keegan said last week, yeah? The longer this drags on for, the more I can't help but feel there is at least one more twist left in this saga.
Came here to say pretty much the same thing, even Sky News who’ve been the only people on the ball with this can’t keep up as it seems the goalposts are constantly moving.

Thing is though that without any investment the parasites can’t afford the club as that 2025 historical debt deadline is coming fast and we all know they won’t use their own money to clear it nor will the banks lend any more money so they’re playing Russian roulette and could end up with very little come the end of it.

RATCLIFFE TO SACK SANTA FROM OLD TRAFFORD
Sources close to SJR say that he is not happy with the style of the in-house Santa. He is to be replaced by a younger Santa and his clothing will be updated to have advertising on his suit and sack.

Definitely, some kind of investment has to be the outcome of this. I am having serious doubts about what form that may take though. To be fair, it's only natural to expect the worst with this bunch. It seems the best we can hope for is the Rat Pack surprising us with a better deal than what we've been led to believe is imminent (25% stake with sporting control).

Anyone blaming Ratcliffe for anything this season should be slapped
If his deal goes through he's guilty of enabling the Glazers to remain in effective control of the club, ensuring we're doomed to failure for a good few seasons yet.

The Glazers certainly know how to kill the excitment of something they'd no right to get us excited about in the first place that's for sure

"Obviously we can't spend money in January. Whilst everyone is 99% happy the deal is going through there are still some legal details to be ironed out."

Then it will be february, march, and so on.

Glazers love kicking the can down the road. Each month they do is another month where they have actually had to give nothing to noone, quietened the fans, and the valuation of the club has gone up due to inflation and other external factors.

Anyone bet against olthe Glazers saying in April 2024 that "it's been 18 months since we started this process and our independent assessors believe the valuation has gone up by 3/4 billion in that time" and so we are asking for revised bids?

No he isn’t. Give your head a wobble. He’s ’guilty’ of trying to improve our sporting structure, bring in experts to support the manager and of taking the first step toward ridding this club of our awful American owners. He’s also reportedly ’guilty’ of pledging £2bn investment. Dunno how the club will survive that. Don’t let perfect be the enemy of better.

We need to stand up to this. Give INEOS until friday and if not, gtfo!! Go AWAY!! All this speculation doesnt help the club one bit.
I agree. If this isn’t done by Friday the club would clearly be much better off pulling out of the deal, remaining owned by the leeches solely and not having any cash to invest in the squad or infrastructure. We need to avoid all this speculation and make absolutely certain FFP screws us over.

Absolute nonsense. He did the deal he could. No one else bid what the sellers wanted he stuck it out and here we are. Everyone else bailed. The Glazers are not skint. They just won’t invest and are appalling at running a football team. In fact they don’t care as long as they see their investment value growing. We just need this deal concluded asap so changes can be made.

As far as I'm concerned it's better to lock this thread because it's mostly just tweets by folks who continue to say the equivalent of "next year" and clearly know Jack - all the while people keep clinging onto their words like gospel.

If it happens I am barely even excited about it anymore at this pt. Apathy has fully set in.
It's quite something that people have clung to tweets like this from terrible sources for over a year now but still believe the next one they read.

So that'll be 3 transfer windows and I wouldn't rule out a 4th and the only move forward we've had is Arnold leaving and the fact he wanted a full sale instead of this shite maybe isn't the move forward we think it is.

Glazers, utter utter cnuts. Not one thought for a single employee having this hanging over them!

Conspiracy time. Alert, Conspiracy Time!!

Do we think it's being stalled on purpose due to the fixtures and they're waiting for the next few so the fans will have turned on EtH by then making the decision to sack him a little easier as there'd be less fan uproar?

(I gave you a bolded warning).
