I thought it was a pretty accurate description of what’s going down to be honest. Maybe you’re the one who should take off the glasses.
Read the other posts surrounding yours, look at the match statistics, watch the game... But with you, I already know you have a deep personal hatred of Arsenal so that doesn't surprise me Raj.

Seriously? the fact that they didnt have 400 million to invest in new players would be my guess. Also, they play much nicer football than we do and lets be honest, we have at least 9 extra points this season that we had no business having. We got lucky in a handful of games.
If you are being hailed as the best run club in the world, I'd expect them to be doing better than this United team.

Regarding the bolded part, I'd argue that we have been unlucky in a few games as well. That Arsenal penalty shout that was not given or that Tottenham handball that was not given. There have been lot of calls that went against us rather than for us. Still we are where we are in the league table and Brighton are below us. I struggle to see how De Zerbi would be any improvement especially considering our bunch of players who think they are above playing for managers of these kind.

I hate that this place recently has become a haven for Arsenal fans to come and spout bollocks after every game.

10 cards from the 86th minute onwards  Should've been a few more if the ref wasn't pants.

Having watched that made me realize what a world of a difference it would have been if we had Declan Rice in the heart of our midfield. Why did we not go for him and wasted $$$ on Mason instead?

Oh grow up.

I'm certainly not an Arsenal fan but anyone that watched that game and thought Arsenal were lucky are either completely biased or started watching football last week.

What bollocks have I spouted? "Take the rose tinted glasses off" when another poster stated Arsenal were lucky. Arteta didn't get away with being a gobshite as he rightfully got a yellow card.

Gross missed an opportunity, but Arsenal also missed some great chances. We are not clinical enough.

You might want to turn off the router for the upcoming Liverpool game though.

Arsenal weren't lucky at all, Brighton had one shot on target. Brighton concentrated more on passing it between their centre bacjks and keeper for the sake of it than to actually try to reach final third of the pitch. They conceeded because of that and deservedly so.

Rice is unreal
Arteta is really developing his forward play. Saw it at times at West Ham but he's definitely stepped it up. Driving runs, more progressive passing, and of course covers so much ground. His one-touch passing is quite good too, just so assured in possession. Thank feck he came to us and not City otherwise they'd run away with it.

Arsenal destroyed Brighton to be fair. Brighton still adapting to adding Europe to their campaigns to be fair.

That's a fair statement. It shows a lot immaturity and a lack of self awareness.

If you think they get loved on this forum (they really don't actually, not to the level they kind of should, me included generally), then wait until you venture elsewhere for your football intake.

Now come on united, just take points from liverpool.
I think the best we can hope is United making it a very ugly game and getting some Liverpool players suspended. I can feel a mauling and ETH getting the boot by morning.

Spouting bollocks in general. Your manager shouldn’t have even been on the sidelines today, how he bullshitted his way out of a punishment is a joke. His antics are pathetic game after game.

I mean, I can understand wanting ETH out but it has to be for someone better. How are Potter and De Zerbi better than ETH? This Brighton team who are still below than this United team.
Oh I agree, I wouldn’t take either. I can’t think of a coach who comes in now and makes us any better in a time frame that we shouldn’t just stick with ten hag for.

It’s everywhere you go, not even safe on a Man Utd forum anymore what with the large amount of Arsenal fans on here wanting to talk about how great they are.

Honestly who gives a feck about who else wins the league. We need to get our own shit in order and start competing for titles before worrying about others

I loved winning that more than Arsenal last week tbh.

Turned into a real scrap (with Brentford losing all self discipline after the red) and well if you ever want to achieve anything in seasons you're going to have to show bottle and win games like that and we did.

No doubt Thomas Frank will cry in the post match interview about what a nice lad Ben Mee is and I'm sure off the pitch he does loads of brilliant things but on the pitch we Villa fans know different, he's injured our players seriously before and that was disgusting lunge into Bailey.

After that they were provoking us just to get someone sent off, luckily it happened too late for them to take advantage.
