Oh my good god. That's beyond scandalous. I'd be whipping the players off, they've no chance with that ref

Always liked Ramazani. Stood out for us in the youth team a lot at times.

Almeria should walk off. What’s the point in turning up when refs are so often ready to bail Madrid out.

Like since the beginning of the history of football. Nothing new.

Ah, but referees have always favoured Barcelona
All big teams seem to have decisions go thier way more often than not but tonight some of the stuff seems really scandalous. And I have only watched from the 60 min.

Damn, La Liga have clocked onto Kepa’s kryptonite. Shoot hard from distance and he will never save a thing.

First Hazard, now Kepa. What did we ever do to you? :(

I mean, Courtois makes up for it, arguably the biggest reason we won UCL, certainly the biggest one after Benzema.

Las Palmas away, especially without Bellingham, probably won't be fun.

This is called football.

It is not ok to play the ball with your hands but nobody said anything about playing with your hands on opponents faces.

So the Almeria goal should have stood.

I don't watch much of La Liga nowadays but that was disgraceful. Refereeing is a disgrace in the Iberian Peninsula. Spanish and Portuguese refs are complete crooks. Unsurprising considering both countries are deeply corrupt, why should football be any different.

The ref is a joke here. Penalty was very harsh. As was that disallowed goal
That kind of penalties is always called in La Liga. If you don't like those it is ok, but if the referee has to call it if he wants to be consistent with the rest.

As for the disallowed goal, as I said, let us start a new sport where putting your hands on opponents faces is a common practice and no foul is called. Are you ok with that?

Well, that Real Madrid game was something. That was worse than Premier League referees and that says much. Ridiculous.

So pushing in the back is which led to the hand ball. You're ok with that?

Their league relies on having the big two win everything though. I assume 80% of Spanish fans support Barcelona or Madrid.

Madrid and Barcelona are basically now saying they can create their own tournaments for purely personal gain to pay for their outrageous spending on luxury new stadiums and players.

All because they aren’t top dogs in Europe now after like 20 years of buying every single great player for just two clubs.

It’s insanity and not sport one bit.

It’s like United been owned by Amazon and making our own streaming service we choose who can join but United has to be the number one service each year.

The other clubs are just there for opposing entertainment value.

Football is a contact game, if you see enough strenght there for a foul it is your interpretation and I respect that. I personally do not see it.

However, if you think extending your arms with a 90 degree angle and touching the ball with your hand in the area does not deserve a penalty, then that would be a different story.

And for the looks of it you think it is ok to put hands on opponents faces?

Today the refereeing was a disaster, although the other day I think it was unfavorable, against Atlético.
Even Estrada Fernandez, a former referee said he was surprised by the appointment of the referee because of his known sympathies for Atlético.
VAR would be fine if they were all foreigners, and maybe all referees too.
Nowadays it is a perfect tool to keep the competition even.

It's pretty funny seeing Hernandez Hernandez( one of Negreira's favorites) having to call the referee.

So, Barca went from 2-0 up to 2-2 in like 3 minutes.

Pretty crazy that they have two 16 year olds in the starting line up (Cubarsí y Yamal). Can't imagine that would happen in the PL in an important match.

So I didn't watch the game, I just watched the highlights and honestly...have I missed something? I get that it's incredibly unlucky for Almeria but, the penalty and the disallowed goal were both straightforward situations. Like, you genuinely can't complain about those in good faith. Vini's goal, ok, I can maybe see making a case that the images weren't clear enough to give the goal(ruling on the field was handball I believe?), though it does look the ball hits his shoulder

I dunno

Right who's gonna count? Late winners from Real and Barca this season
I think we have a bit more. Think we won our last 3 LaLiga games that way. It makes it more enjoyable and frustrating.

I think the disallowed goal is a bit questionable, I'd be upset if Real Madrid had a goal disallowed for that. The fact that RM were dead if that counted made it feel even more dubious.

The Vini goal was not helped by the fact it was initially not given, and only given after the VAR review.

I've really enjoyed La Liga this season. Some cracking games, and Girona despite their City links have made things more interesting

No, there's an HD replay from behind where it's clear it's a legit shoulder goal(can't post links). You'll only see shitty zoomed-in gifs from the worse angle possible to make it seem like it was a handball.
