I thought Poch was a good fit for Chelsea, they spend more money than Levy and he has always been good at bringing academy players into the first team squad and Chelsea have one of the best academies. He seems to have inherited a perfect storm, they've spent millions on players, most of which they didn't need and they're selling off all of the academy players. I don't think the current situation at Chelsea is working for either side. I will not be surprised if they sack Poch and appoint Mourinho in the summer.
