Rice even looks upset
A lot have applauded him off, still some pillocks in there though.Good for Rice. Shameful that large sections of the crowd were booing him in the first half.
Didn’t realise Chelsea were that close in 2014. I remember them winning 2-0 at anfield but thought they were way off, and just happy to influence it in some way with that win.2014 maybe? Chelsea finished 4 points off top and were first for a while in February/March.
07-08 until gallas melted down at Birmingham. Arsenal were top in March
Do West Ham have to buy him? Or can they decide not to?Kalvin Phillips making a big difference to this side.
Don't think City will be in a hurry to have him back. Likely go back to Leeds cheap.Kalvin Phillips making a big difference to this side.
Why are people booing him pillocks exactly? He wanted to leave and they are entitled to their opinion.A lot have applauded him off, still some pillocks in there though.
He gave them good service, he could have done like loads of others and sat out his contract. They got good money for him, it isn't his fault if they spend the money badly or mainly have a dour boring manager. Why are people booing him pillocks exactly? I don’t think it’s weird or stupid to dislike a player that decides he wants to leave a club.He gave them good service, he could have done like loads of others and sat out his contract. He still gave his all that last season, United fans only give abuse to players who left on bad terms. Can't say Rice really did that and he is shown to have made a sensible decision. Maybe that is what's hurting the West Ham fans so much. Moyes has a shelf life, once he reaches that it is downhill.I don’t think it’s weird or stupid to dislike a player that decides he wants to leave a club.
Damn you beat me by 2.Went for a shower and its six..
Jose?I highly recommend Westham to sack David Moyes with immediate effect. They need a more progressive manager going forward with the players they have.
If Arsenal were losing you'd be telling us he's McTominay level as usual thoughI wouldn't look at this game as some measurement. Rice is no extra player.
Winning or losing, he is at McTominay level. Just different role.If Arsenal were losing you'd be telling us he's McTominay level as usual though
I'd love to see Mourinho back to Premier LeagueJose?
There are some Chelsea fans who want him back.I'd love to see Mourinho back to Premier League
The Philips deal that took him to Shitty was so corrupt given the Leeds IT owners and the shady deals they got up to! PL have turned a blind eye though, shitty know they can blatantly cheat with little to no punishment.Don't think City will be in a hurry to have him back. Likely go back to Leeds cheap.
It’s possible to understand both sides of this without suggesting that anyone who doesn’t agree with your particular viewpoint is stupid. He still gave his all that last season, United fans only give abuse to players who left on bad terms. Maybe they should be booing the owners for not showing enough ambition to keep him. Although I do think this is West Ham's level if anything they are overachieving, but as I say that can only last for so long. Think Rice realised last season was as good as it would get. It’s possible to understand both sides of this without suggesting that anyone who doesn’t agree with your particular viewpoint is stupid.
I understand why he went to Arsenal yes. I also understand why West Ham fans (or any other “smaller team” selling their best players to bigger teams) are frustrated by him leaving.
It's the way he plays with this lot that has them where they are. This happens at all these clubs, get a little glimpse of success and all of a sudden it starts "the football is shite", "we need a new manager to play better football". All the while forgetting where they were when Moyes took over, they'll not be long dropping down the table again if they do sack him.I highly recommend Westham to sack David Moyes with immediate effect. They need a more progressive manager going forward with the players they have.
