I might be late on this, but there's a massive blue billboard poster of Tevez in the city centre saying "Welcome To Manchester". Anyone seen it?

I spotted it this morning. Small time cnuts if you ask me, I can't wait to see them flop next season.

Looks like it's an official club poster. Surprised, but then Cook is capable of anything the arsehole.

Also, isn't the actual image of Tevez him scoring the equaliser against Blackburn? Could be Lyon, he went crazy on both occasions. Either way, it's en route to either Premier League title 07/08 or Champions League title 07/08. All downhill from here, Carlito.

edit: Just seen imperialinn's post, hmmm...

You'd all be loving it if we'd just signed a City player and were doing the same thing
I think we could come up with a better line than "Welcome to Manchester" though! Even if doing this is a bit small time, I do see the wind up and it's potential comedy.

They're quite pleased with signing our former 4th choice forward, aren't they?

You'd be correct, imperialinn. Good spot.

And he thinks he's going to get a hero's welcome at Old Trafford does he? Won't it be funny when he starts on the bench or get subbed off for having the first touch of Emile Heskey?

I notice that they are all quite high up. City have learnt from the "This is Our City" fiasco.

Where the goals come from.
Read about this yesterday - disappointed nothing's already happened to it overnight, though I wouldn't be surprised if City are paying for 24 hour security around it...
