Taking the next corner instead of Jones!
You’re trying really hard for this to be a thing but it’s just not happening. Relax, stop taking everything personally and move along.
Actually, I’m the one trying to stop it escalating, I just wanted confirmation about why someone would reply twice to something I wrote, with the same failed rhetoric. Bye, lovely speaking with you, try to enjoy the rest of your evening!

I'd give you a like mate but even after 18 years on this forum I have no idea how to do it :houllier:
    Only scouts can award likes.

I still chat here because I'm still limited to 5 comments a day elsewhere. Getting likes is non existent, so here is effectively my 'post match' as well are during!
A word of advice, you're not doing yourself any favours by requesting a like as you have in your location. If you have to ask for a compliment, you haven't really earned it.

No offence intended. I'm just trying to help.

I explained my very innocent reasons to that in a calm manner, despite your spamming of exclamation marks and "feck sakes," and instead of accepting my reasoning, or even simply acknowledging anything written in my post, you continued with this bizarre and misplaced narrative of me being in some way angry, completely oblivious to hypocrisy plain in the manner in which you reacted to it. Indeed if you were genuinely trying to deescalate the situation, the last thing you do is ignore an explanation and stoically solider on with an erroneous accusation. I'll never understand what people are supposed to get with doing this. Night.

Ah no worries and none taken. If it's only scouts then so be it. I thought anyone could but then it makes sense for that not to be allowed.

It's going to be a long time then to achieve 10 likes as a newbie. I've made quite a few well thought out comments with decent content, no colloquialisms, without bias, that I felt were good contributions and therefore deserving of a like.

You'll probably just find me in the match day threads then :D and the odd comment where I cheekily tac on an edit to reply to someone ;) to which I'll eventually get a :nono: from a mod

stop fecking blaming the ref, if we had put our chances away the pen would not have altered anything.
Sick of fans blaming the ref , when clearly the fault is with the players.
    ?
I'm not blaming the ref for the loss?
The ref was pathetic today and giving that penalty topped it off.

Looks like all of the people pessimistic before the game were proven right. Ah, you can't win them all.

Rashford needs a rest and its The Cup next week so I would say put Greenwood in alongside Lukaku. Martial to also start, we need a very strong side to beat Wolves who were unlucky not to beat Chelsea. Hopefully this defeat will remind the players that they are not invincible and they will be up for it next week.
Today was strange, we created chances but Rashford was so slow and wasteful, Lukaku was unlucky and I thought Fred was so so, ok he hit the post but I can only remember him doing nothing other than, well nothing.
De Gea was beaten by a freak swerve on the ball which was a lot worse than what Neville said it was, I thought it took a deflection and De Gea was completely wrong footed and was unlucky with the goal. The penalty was a disaster but after the PSG game I’m saying nothing but when will keepers learn to watch the ball instead of the player taking the penalty? The amount of soft penalties that could easily be saved if keepers just stand there is incredible and really De Gea could have saved that one.
So the run has come to an end, let’s start a new run next week against Wolves.

I wake up this morning to find that you still won't let this go. I tried twice to draw a line under this and label it as a simple disagreement between how we both rated one of the players in yesterday's game. I should no more have to accept your reasoning or any of your opinions as a truth than you should mine. You were the one that brought up "angry" in reference to me so I'm not sure what that's all …

You know what? I really can't be bothered. At the end of the day it changes nothing and life's too short. Whatever you said was 100% right. If that's what you need to hear to end this. I'm still too upset about about losing the opportunity to cement a top four spot that was dangled in front of us given the way some of the other games went this weekend to carry this on any further. I really am sorry if I spoilt your night btw - especially with my punctuation ;).

You really can't be bothered, but insist on replying 11 hours later. Great attempt at letting it go .

Why wouldn't you? It's a perfectly reasonable explanation, and if you are trying to let it pass as you keep insisting, you don't keep trying to make this non-issue an issue. It's really rather odd. You really can't see the hypocrisy dripping from your posts can you?

No more spoilt than yours after replying to your post - twice! Oh you poor thing. Thinking about it, no wonder you were so angry...

To go away? You've made a mountain out of a molehill because I replied to you twice in error (oh the humanity), then can't stop banging on about how I need to calm down while you spam punctuation in your response, and when I explain it you ignore it while continuing... whatever this is 11 hours, despite your insistence you can't be bothered. It's all a bit wierd. Bye.

Do you need help or have you been drinking?

Ole needed to be braver and haul off both Pogba and Rashford. Both very poor today. I stick by what I've said all season, there out better players out there. Certainly wouldn't cry if Pogba left.
I agree 100%, Rashford needs a break. At times he looks far to blaise, and casual, he is definitely a rung or two lower than Kane and I don’t know whether it’s his attitude in that he thinks he’s better than he is, or that he’s a bit tired but there is something about him that tells me he needs to be taken out of the team for a few weeks.

As for Pogba, well I’ve never been a fan, I can’t help but think that if he had been playing on Wednesday against PSG then we wouldn’t have won that match. Again on Sunday he got petulant and he is more interested in himself than the team and the club, I would be very happy if he left in the summer.

DDG made a huge mistake, Rashford looked knackered/not fully fit, Lukaku missed a sitter, Matic was super-slow, still should not have lost, but shit happens. In hindsight, maybe Ole should have subbed both Rashy and Matic off earlier, but what happened, happened. The gaffer got this one wrong imo, but again, there have been no manager in the history who always got everything right. The blow was yesterday, today is the time to dust ourselves off and move on.

Agree totally bout Wednesday. I am almost positive we wouldn't have won. The energy and determination on the night was amazing - against far technically better players
