Would be my choice of line up. Jones hasn't demonstrated any ability to be a CB, so I'd try him as a full back again. Hopefully Schmidfield would give us some sort of stability in midfield. Our lack of width truly is shocking.

Chelsea's crisis is even worse than ours, and i'm not sure the players are going to dare lose a second game in a row in front of the Old Trafford faithful. Especially not one of this magnitude.

We should have Giggs in with a bit of an atmosphere and something to spark the players into life against another club in crisis.

Otherwise, it will be horseshit and a narrow away win or awful draw.

A draw would be horrific, as the board would see it as some kind of progress and VG would keep his job, but we would fall further behind the teams above us.

If we sack Van Gaal tomorrow then we'll basically be in the same spot as Chelsea form wise (but much higher up in the table). Two teams who are really under-performing, a few big injuries, interim managers, low confidence all around... Will be interesting to see.
