Zahara Vs Valencia is equally as scary to be honest.
I don't think he had good game against us since he was sold to Palace. Might be wrong but don't remember him doing anything against us.

The Referee on Saturday is Lee Mason.

Mason has taken charge of 22 games involving Manchester United, with the Red Devils winning 16 of those, drawing three and losing three. :D

In those 22 matches, he has awarded three penalties to United, and four against them. :nono:

    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

In total, Mason has refereed 18 games involving Palace, with the Eagles winning ten of those, drawing three and losing five.

In those matches, the Bolton official has awarded one penalty to the Eagles, while he has not given any penalties to their opponents. :(

Just saw a trailer on Sky for showing the 3 o’clock game and got excited then disclaimer at the end only in Ireland. Seriously this 3pm rule is an absolute joke.
Guess this is probably sky’s way of putting preasure on the powers that be.

    My preference would be:

    De Gea

    Young, Smalling, Lindelof, Shaw

    Fred, Perreira,

    Chong, Mata, Martial
    Sanchez

    Subs
    Romero, Dalot, Bailley, Mctom, Gomes,
    Lingaard, Greenwood

I've assumed Fellani, Rashford and Lukkaku are injured. Matic needs a rest and I've replaced players who are not going to make it at the club with youth

In reality I expect to see Mata wasted on the right wing, Matic struggling through the game and the likes of Darmian taking up bench space as Jose blocks needed competition and excitement to the team

Edit - Just seen that Pogba is an injury doubt and also that I forgot about Lingaard being back from injury! Adjusted the above

    Losing to Comeback Winning!
Hoping to see a positive attacking approach again after the dross of the last game.
    Doubt..

If everyone's fit, love to see this.
    De Gea
    Bailly Smalling Lindelof Young
    Herrera
    Fred Pogba
    Rashford Sanchez Martial

Subs: Lukaku, Lingard, Mata, Pereira, Fellaini, Dalot, Romero.

Rather have Bailly who can give more attacking threats and actually try to make/create something positive than Valencia and Darmian. Shaw is out suspended for this one.

Dalot, Lingard and Pereira bench -- sub 'em all in with good late minutes when we're winning comfortably.

Hoping Matic is rested this time, play him in the next upcoming big games.
    Doubt..

A must win game but its going to be difficult if we aren't at full strength. Palace were unlucky to lose to Spurs without Zaha last time out.

ooh, the injuries do have a silver lining, we could try a new midfield.

    Would like to see 4231

    DDG
    Dalot Smalling Lindelof Shaw
    Herrera Fred
    Mata Lingard Martial
    Sanchez

Ask Herrera and Dalot to deal with Zaha, rest of the Palace team will be too busy working about our attack.

An easy win for once please! Tired of all these tough games and results. Give us just one relaxing stroll in the park win with no drama.

Hoping for a good win here, this place was finally getting out of the moody teenager phase prior to the city game and it's been back to emo tantrums since.

We've got the fixtures to get a good run of wins going and make up for the terrible start.

I don't think we've ever been out of the moody teenager phase. scraping wins over newcastle, bournemouth and the likes has just papered over the cracks. Palace we might win but nothing to suggest so far we'll go on a run of wins.

Well i was more talking about the sensible middle ground lot rather than you and a few of the more negative entrenched posters

The sentiment in the media had changed, City game was very badly times for us, we should be winning our next 3 and that will brighten the mood before the Arsenal fixture

Well the media had already 'sacked' Jose so things could only improve from that but the kind of run we need to break into the top positions is beyond us imo.
We could very much win the next 3 but so will our rivals. Most likely. The team needs to win 6/7 games let's say out of the next 8 but did we ever put together such a run? In 2018 even?

I can't seem to find the willingness to watch this game, It usually gets me after a big defeat such as against City and unless another big game comes I just watch the highlights, #sadface!!!

Know the feeling. Lots of little things need doing tomorrow so might miss it and don't care. Its just another one of my chores tomorrow, alongside packing for a holiday, having a haircut and wrapping xmas presents. Equally anticipated as all of those things too.

    Team news
Good news from Mourinho as he confirms all players are fit for tomorrow:

Martial stayed with us, he didn’t go to the national team, the national team was aware of his problems and with permission he stayed, he worked really hard on that.

I like to kill that a pre injury because problems in the muscles around it, they are a dangerous situation and he was in a pre injury situation, he worked really hard, he’s ready for tomorrow, he plays for tomorrow, is he ready to play three in a row in the same week I don’t know but the most important match is the next.

Fellaini also stayed, no national team, they also let him stay in spite of playing 90 mins against Manchester City, he needed to stay and prepare himself better after such an injury that he had before so Marouane is also good. and the boys in the national teams, Rashford came with a little problem but is ready, Lukaku is ready, I would say ready with a little bit of a risk but ready and Paul we knew with this break he would recover from that small muscular injury, so we don’t have players I can say are out of the game tomorrow, we have a huge 23 group to choose for tomorrow.

    Mourinho on those quotes
You have been widely quoted this morning what do you have to say about that?

I don’t play your game. I don’t play the game of the take out of context and do what you want I don’t play your game and I have nothing to say I don’t lose my time. Next question this side please.
