That is how rivalries work. You never ever want to see your rival win.
I'm a Chelsea fan and I never ever want to see Liverpool win any game no matter what.. The supporters and media love in is sad..

Spurs are the only team left with a 100% record after 2/3 games- that will probably change tomorrow too

Why is everyone here so against a Liverpool win? Their lack of depth makes them far less of a threat in this long season. Chlesea is the real danger. No top them has the edge on them h2h since Tommy T settled and now they have lukaku to pummel the smaller teams. A draw is a good result but a chelsea loss I think would have been better for our title challenge.

Mate, I want Liverpool to lose every single game they play.

Liverpool, can suck a donkey.

How’s that? We finished last season with 26 points from 30 and were top at Christmas. We were poor from January to March and a bit off colour after winning the league in 2020. We’re still a very good side.
You had patches of good form but you fell apart after the restart and were top at Christmas because City and Utd had a really slow start due to the quick turnaround from the season before. It was a poor standard all round
You were even falling away before lockdown, it’s been a long time since you were super Liverpool

He's fecking great. Very, very competent. Really like his style.
I said last December on here that Utd should sign Tuchel immediately. If they do then they will win the PL regardless of what City do (Utd were top at the time).

As per usual I was called a WUM.

That’s natural. City haven’t reached the heights of 2017-2019. Those were ridiculous standards that both sides set within a three season period.

We’re still a very good side when everyone is fit. If we hit a rough run of injuries we’ll have more issues than Chelsea or City would but we ended up 3rd last season with all that went on.

I said we’d end up top four and probably not win the league and still stand by it, but we’re not miles worse than two years ago. We’ve just normalised a bit after two freakish seasons.

Mane’s decline seems worrying though. Looks like he’s lost something physically.

Couldn't find the Everton thread for this year- what do their fans make of Rafa in these early days? Maybe a good season ahead?

I also argued that we should cut our ties with Ole, who I idolize but don't think is the coach that we really need, and go for Tuchel.
Things didn't work out that way, so I'll keep my support for Ole.

Palace will struggle for consistency they play like United very individualistic approach where a player must stand out for there to be a breakthrough compared to sustained team coordination.

Bored out of my mind waiting for our match, may as well tune in and see Spurs get 3 out of 3 wins, and 9 points on the board. Nice for them to go top of the league, as that's exactly what will happen after 90 mins today.

Yes and when they beat CP next it will be 4 out of 4. All these transfers happening all around them yet they’re having a great start and Kane hasn’t played.

100%, operating under the radar. But for now, just focusing on the fact that they will be steamrolling Watford. What you reckon, 3-0?

They are still Spurs. They let their supporters down when they least expect it although I like the coach. Hard team to dislike at the moment and they always have a great kit.

Fixed it for you.
Tevez and Di Maria made their debuts just a few days after signing just to name a few.

Tbf Bruno actually made his debut 3 days after signing :wenger:

Let's hope Sancho and Varane start today while Ronaldo makes his first start vs Newcastle.

I actually hope leeds beat burnley today.

Can't stand this pointless, nothing team stinking up the league much longer. Literally nobody likes them.

Sky's youtube channel has an interview with Ole that kind of explains this.

He says Sancho got ill when he came back from holiday so was struggling a bit for match fitness, and because of quarantining, Varane only had the back garden in the house they've found for him to train, so it took him longer to build fitness.

Ashley Barnes is the absolute worst. Can't wait till he fecks off. Contributes absolutely nothing to the game apart from being a colossal bellend.
