Watch him 'track back' for Wolves 3rd goal. That is disgusting.
Noticed that around 80 minutes too, he'd only been on 10 minutes and couldn't even track back then, and that was the main reason he came on. It used to be his only redeeming attribute but now he's even lost that.

Feet up at home.
Whoever is responsible for green lighting him and the goalie should be sacked immediately.

I am willing to give Mount time he has at least looked good for Chelsea.

Sancho should never play for the club again and was barely better than Antony but he was right about favouritism. How he continues to play is baffling. Effort alone is not enough and he lets us down time and time again.

Can only imagine ETH doesn't want to admit he insisted on signing a dud which has cost the club £80m.
Favouritism? Antony is the stand-in for Rashford. When he did play he was pretty rubbish mind.

Both Sancho and Antony werent playing well. If you have to pick between two players who arent playing well, i would also pick the one who isnt playing well but atleast is showing effort. I dont think that is favouritism.

Why was he playing LW when he had Garnacho on the pitch? I genuinely want Ten Hag to work out for us but his judgment on Antony is the single biggest reason why his sacking would be justified.

To sell him Utd will have to subsidise his wages ….may as well sack him, take the financial hit and move on.

That is one of his redeeming qualities, but for the second goal he didn't even track back. In the first 10 minutes when he got subbed on he didn't even bother defending and tracking back. Very frustrating to watch.

Probably because Garnacho was playing well on the right and the thinking is that Antony might not turn into a shooting simulator on the left. Of course he got 3 pointless shots off anyways.

And yes Ten Hag should without be sacked for no other reason than watching Antony play for 2 years and then making us spend 90m on him.

Erick was trying to justify his signing, that's all and it almost lost us the game. Antony isn't worth it! I have never seen a player who cost us 85 million that is so useless. Can't score, can't beat a player, can't score regularly, not physically strong enough to defend. He have 2 opportunities to be in a position to score and screw up both times. He didn't even manage to get a shot off. Stop trying to justify his existence in United, he is a utterly shit player that deserves no playing time.

Can we please bury the idea six feet under that Antony has any desirable defensive qualities that are worth subbing him on for, in place of far more talented players?

Defended him a ton last season but can't do that anymore.

Been shocking all season and tonight was an all time bad cameo.

I think his redeeming qualities are his work rate and that he usually keeps the ball in the team. Today he kept losing the ball and didnt track back either. Terrible performance from Antony today. I think he does get over the top critisism here but today he was bad.

He doesn't always show effort and his demeanor today of someone feeling he was above being a sub.

He did his best Rashford impression today.
Not tracking back and no work rate.

He does get a lot of over the top criticism, but today he was just plain terrible. He really needs a time out of the team and work his ass off in the gym and in training.

He's awful. Absolutely dreadful. Id love someone to ask ETH what does Amad have to do to get minutes over him.

Lacks too much as a player. And I think he knows he's been figured out for it, and proactively hides from getting into good areas.

But he works hard and keeps the width though. Apparently that's good enough for a United attacker nowadays.

Disgraceful greed for the 3-3 goal they scored. Pathetic lack of game awareness.

More likely, Erik wants to make sure that Antony can not cut it here, by giving ample opportunities. And yes, buying cost plays a role also.

Because Shaw was having a hard time containing Pedro Neto on that left side. I'm assuming that Ten Hag's idea was to have fresh Antony tracking back more that what tired Garnacho would've been able to, and help Shaw.

I can only imagine how pissed Ten Hag was when he saw that it was actually Antony that lost the ball, and it was Pedro Neto that score in the space where Antony and Shaw should've been covering.

He needs to keep Antony on the bench if he wants to keep his job. Otherwise, Antony is so shocking, that it will cost him his job.

Surely there are cheaper fidget spinners in the market?

No idea why we massively overpaid for one.

A complete and utter disaster is Antony.

Not even sure Antony taking a dump on ETH's desk and wiping all over the walls will be enough for him to lose his spot in the team. I very much wanted to see Amad get a run out today.

There is no excuse for turning it over after the corner. But, I think some of the turnovers near the sideline were impacted by playing him on the left. When he is on the right he turns the ball to the sideline and shields it until we move up the field. But, when he is on the left he turns the ball towards the playing field and is very easy to strip.

Like a throwback to the days of Obertan and Bebe only while they were weird cheap punts we somehow paid 85m for this waster.

He was at fault in their second and third.
Lost the ball. Lost his man to lead up to the corner for the second and the third just did his usual and fell over leading to their counter attack.

Can't blame Ajax. They dressed him up and put a bow on and someone at United decided to pay 80 million for this bigmac.

Someone deliberated on the decision to pay 80 million. Someone did that. Up there in with some of the worst footballing decisions of all time.

I mean we can blame the manager for having shit taste too, but you know kids ask for stuff that's not good for them all the time and parents just say fecking no as they know better. Someone at this club then deliberated on this decision and said yes. I hope to god that person is gone in the shake up.

As if that will make him a United player.
It won't. He's fecking abysmal and should be fired off the earth on a rocket that takes him takes him to the planet where Darren Gibson was the next Roy Keane

How is that more likely? He has already proven that. You're just beating a dead horse at this point.

He was septic when he came on. Worse than the performance away to Fulham which was an all time low at the time.

As well as the chronic lack of threat from him, he kept losing the ball and setting up Wolves attacks.

A massive stain on Ten Hag's judgement of players, how he thought this lad was worth what we paid for him.

Considering the fee and wages he's on, he may legitimately go down as the worst signing of all time. Definitely in the top 10.
