This quali could have been part of last season and I wouldn't be able to tell the difference. Maybe the embarrassing outing by Alpine? And nothing else.

Leclerc's Q2 was faster than Max's best time overall, so there is that small minimal hope.

Perez finishing so back again with so much testing and stuff on this truck hopefully shows that it's just Max who is brilliant, and the car is not that far ahead, which with few of his mistakes can make it interesting this year. There is a hope, IMO.

Of course, race pace could be completely different thing, but judging by the qualifiers alone, I am not convinced Red Bull is that far ahead.

Gasly and Ocon at Alpine are waste of talent, they both are clearly better than few other drivers ahead, and don't deserve that shite, IMO.

Also is it possible to put some bet on Hamilton retiring at end of the year? :D

Maybe your the only person in the world who hasn't heard he's joining Ferrari next season?

They really took a tractor to Sakhir this time, poor Gasly thought he was going to the better team when he left AT. Ocon as well would not be happy with this car given he's a good driver.

A mechanical failure is the only thing stopping Verstappen from winning this one. Outside of Red Bull, it looks pretty even out there.

Well, it's easy to be negative, let's have some hope.

Of course I've heard, don't be silly.
How about you wait for at least one lap of the 2024 race season to start before you start your usual Hamilton bashing?

The other 19 drivers (yes, Perez too) need to make a secret pact to gently nudge Verstappen off the track every race. Someone different does it every race to not arouse suspicion. For the sake of entertainment.

To be honest things look much closer than at the start of 2023. Not expecting RB to be caught up in in 2024, but I’d be surprised if they equal or surpass last years feats. It’s ridiculous close between 2 to 9 as well.

C'mon mate, you are better than that. I would actually support him to win the title this year rather than Max of I had to choose.

Doesn't look very fake or AI generated here tbh. Pretty impressive how they managed to get a dismissal on that grievance on that, wouldn't surprise me if RBR have a constructive dismissal coming their way soon.

I've seen a few but about to have a proper read through

Wonder if his wife will stay with him on seeing them

I’d be highly surprised, she’ll feel as though she’s been humiliated. When Horner got with her, he cheated on his previous wife who was pregnant.

The more curious thing is how some internal grievance hearing has managed to conclude that the behaviour on those texts of begging to send pictures doesn’t constitute gross misconduct at the least, and sexual harassment at worst.

So whoever leaked these has made it totally clear to the world exactly who the woman is.

If it was her then that's one thing, but imagine a third party has leaked to damage Horner and ruins this girls life in the process. If Horner is a pillock they must be a supercnut

a wonderful effort.

looks to me a lot like a woman who liked her job a lot more than she liked the advances of her boss.

I have read a few of the messages and they are cringy as feck, they are not the messages a married man should send to other women.
Cant see Geri being to happy with them , yeah she will put on a brave face for the camera's, but away from the TV camera, she will be feeling humiliated and angry.

I think we need a general F1 thread and one for Horner's silly messages. Kinda like separating Greenwood performances from the other stuff.
No point really, I’d be surprised if Horner sees past this 2024 season. Silly is under calling sexual harassment in the workplace tbh.

Geri is the biggest victim in this for sure.

Even some of the messages, one where Horndog is saying he wants to understand the boundaries and the reply is "would Geri approve of this"

But what's the old adage - if they'll do it for you, they'll do it to you.

She’s definitely A victim, not sure there’s any need to dismiss the victimhood of the woman in the messages who was clearly trying to tell him to feck off whilst wanting to keep her job.

Don’t see how he can keep his job, assuming the messages are legit, it’s textbook sexual harassment.

Christian Boner was not doing anything wrong it was all in good spirit and for shit and giggles. But he has a fairly red pecker fitting for a Red Bull.

From the messages it's more because he started asking her to do things like book separate hotels for each of them, and delete her whatsapp chat logs, and that lack of trust was the catalyst for it.
