I can see the Chelsea team developing the same way Spurs did under Poch.

When you consider that Poch had a net spend of 50 million in his whole time at Spurs, and that he'll be backed financially much more at Chelsea, I think he will do very well in time. The young squad suits him much more than the PSG superstars. Daniel Levy has done well as a chairman imo but it's also his lack of ambition and risk taking that has cost us. He's the reason we rose back up to the top 4/5/6 in the league consistently but also the reason we couldn't push beyond that.

This referee is a joke.we should be by 3 goals at least.

Mudryk through on goal after Webster slips and the referee blows for a foul. What happened to letting the game go and VAR assessing it?

Lamptey forearm smashed Mudryk off the ball who had to go off with a head injury as a result.

Jackson scores a header, no-one complains and no camera angle showed a clear push. Disallowed anyway.

I’m not sure. He’s got lucky because he’s had to play the current team due to injuries.

Most Chelsea fans wanted Mudryk, Jackson and Madueke starting but he simply refused. He was forced into picking the best players for most positions.

Can’t argue with recent results though but the performance against Arsenal was unforgivable.

I hope we strengthen the defence next year.

Amad looks good. If you don't want him can we have him on loan? Thanks.

Who do you think would be starting if Poch had his way?

Anyway point is, most of these players are on an upward trajectory, which is usually indicative of good coaching. And if you blame the manager when it goes wrong you also have to give credit when it goes right.

A young team like this is always going to have ups and downs, and pretty big ones. Overall I'm quite impressed by the improvement recently and I recognize Poch's stamp on the way the team plays as a spurs fan. I'm confident had we backed him more financially he would have won a few trophies with us, but Levy only opens the purse strings when things are going wrong.

Palmer so greedy there. Has to play that to Jackson.

Then Jackson through and his lack of IQ letting him down as usual.

No idea what's the fuss about de Zerbi. Brighton isn't dangerous upfront but extremely vulnerable at the back. If Chelsea would be a little bit more clinical they would 4 or 5 ahead.

Chelsea clearly the better team.

Media could have a wankfest over Poch going back to the ETH vs Poch days

Sean Dyche will have won more or the same as De Zerbi at the end of the season, just saying...

It’s still a turnaround in my opinion. They could have easily kept losing.
Agreed, they’ve definitely turned a corner. Should be an interesting watch next season.
