How is it legal to run for state level offices when not residing in said state? Never understood that.
It’s not legal in GA apparently for state offices. Constitution dictates rules for federal office and he just needs to be a resident when elected……which is odd as he would have already been elected had he won a few weeks ago. So was he a resident then?
