This completely voids the RR, tbh. You will be able to pick from the unpicked pool, which already many managers didn't even entertain during the regular drafting process.

If we can't pick from eliminated teams I'd pass on the RR too.

No, you can pick from that losing team pool. But not as much as if these teams were dissolved.

Or just run it as it is with "testimonial" in mind. Coropa league managers can also pick 2 from the CL and so forth.

EDIT: just to reiterate my point - it's a bit of a specific draft and if a certain manager wants to replicate another era/ different tactics, he might not be able to do so with a single reinforcement. For example Fergie 99 and 08. And to me it would be interesting to see if some go down that road.

yeah. In that particular draft it was nicely done as the RR shifted players among the pools. However in this particular draft where you have picked players to replicate tactics and have gone with a theme I think shifting 2 players between the pools will make it a bit non sense. Depends on the draft I guess.
