He us a typical player of ours. When we are one goal up, he feels like we have already won the cup and starts doing stupid celebrations. Then we concede one goal and he mentally collapses.

I thought it was harsh that he conceded 4 goals today. He made some great saves earlier on.

He did make a decent save at some stage in the second half...but four goals kind of speaks for itself

He was very good and made some great saves. Just hated he celebrated and gave it to away fans while the match was still wide open (as proved later).

But good comeback from the disaster in the 1st leg.

Cheers Onana, Matic is probably crying

They were nothing special really, he should be making those saves. Fair play to him for having a solid game, he didn't let the pressure get to him and he did well. Still want a replacement

Am I the only one who thought he was poor for their second? He was ball watching instead of moving his body to the other side. Had he done the foot work like any half decent goalie should, he would easily have saved that goal ad the finish was poor.

But a couple of decent saves tonight one very good one!

It’s hard to praise a GK who conceded four goals. Not that he was at fault for any of those, but still four is too many.

Didn't really do too much wrong tonight to be fair.

He needs to be replaced ultimately but delighted he got the last laugh over old man Matic tonight!

Onana conceded 4 goals tonight but tbh i thought it was an improvement over his previous match. He's still not good enough for Utd but at least he didn't cost us any goals tonight. Onana needs to be sold this summer and there are a lot of goalkeepers on the market to buy.

My first choice would be Costa from Porto but there are other alternatives like Kelleher and Lunin.

Made a couple of decent saves. Not at fault for the goals, but 4 goals conceded is never great for a keeper. Blokes got plenty of passion and character.

He did look more focused from the start.

Don't think he has that in him each week though, to fully submerge himself and be really fit and on it each match.

fair dues to him, made some good saves, can’t really blame him for any of the goals. Mental fortitude after the first leg

I've been as big a critic of Onana as anyone but he made some good saves today, the one low to his right was outstanding. Can't really blame his for any of the goals, his defence gave him very little protection tonight.

Having said that, he must be getting penalty saving lessons from David Raya.

He made saves that any standard keeper should make.

He is awful at pens, dives before the ref has blown and the second goal he could have gotten to but he chose to just watch it instead.

So many people saying he wasn't at fault for the four goals but moaning he let four in all the same.

I thought he was fine today, but seriously, what was he thinking breaking out the taunts that quickly?

yes defence was shite and he wasn't to blame for any of the 4 goals however had United lost 6-5 on AGG his gifts of goals in France would have played a huge part in knocking United out.

Credit where credits due, didn't put a foot wrong today. Some really important saves which he parried properly. Dived too early for the penalty, but whatever.

I always really liked him when he was here but he had to make a fool of himself this past week or so for no reason at all.

He didn’t make any mistakes per se today, but a more athletic GK could have saved a goal or two.

He put us in this mess with that performance in Lyon.

I’m glad to see he went an hugged Amorim, but he still fails to install any confidence in the back line, and categorically needs to go in the summer.

He is what we have for now. I just hope he doesn’t cost us in the semi’s and hopefully beyond.

He called out Onana. No problem with players standing up for themselves.

You can strongly argue is was Matic that got inside Onana’s head and contributed to the two clangers than nearly won them the tie. That’s more than reason enough.

He's an idiot, seems a very dumb person. Been a fan of his but there's no way back.

However, you can't blame him for any of the goals yesterday. His penalty stopping technique is horrible though.

Same way that you can't blame their goalkeeper for conceding five.

He still parried the ball back into the dangerous area a few times, especially in first half. I wonder if any GK coach can fix that quickly

He almost dived past one in the 2nd half. Thought for sure it took a deflection but there wasn't one on the replay

Replacing him isn't a priority. Other positions are in a much more dire state and funds are tight.

Give him one more season.

Replacing Onana is still an urgent priority.

He didn't throw one in his own net last night for a change but he's still clearly not remotely good enough.

He wasn't at fault for any of the 4 goals but he was really bad for their penalty. He's basically on the floor before Lacazette has even hit it.
