Dalot lack of defending before it was awful but the main question is who was meant to be tracking Ganbry?Ganbry completely free in the box. How does no one pick him up? He is just standing FFS!

He had some mistakes at big moments and by a casual follower is seen as a bad player because of that. They missed all other games where he did play well. Upa is a good defender. Im not really suprised he keeps de Ligt out of the team.I already said it. Upa isn't a bad defender.
Nonsense. De Gea's mistakes were highlighted by the guys up front missing numerous chances meaning any error at the back virtually became fatal. We should've been about 5 up at ht against Seville at OT and the tie over. Lacking a genuine, experienced striker cost us last season, not de Gea's mistakes.de Gea had the same mistakes
In fact we were eliminated from Europe with those mistakes.
*checks the match*I think it’s a combination of laziness and the way we play football. Everything’s done at 100mph, there’s no composed build up play, it’s just hoof it forward as quick as possible then we lose possession high up and get countered and have to bust a gut to get back, rinse and repeat. It doesn’t help we’re terrible at retaining possession so we constantly have to chase the ball down and press the opposition which tires us out even more. 30 minutes into a game and we look fecked and matters are made even worse by the fact we have 2 players in the middle of the park in Casemiro and Eriksen whose legs have completely gone.
And McSauce is worse. So, we are doomed.Yup. Picking both Eriksen and Casemiro is suicide.
