No films on in the cinema this weekend that I fancy watching so I might finally get around to this. My friend, who got me in to watching films really, reckons this is his favourite film of the year so far.Burning is my #1, I think. I can't think of many films that I thought were exceptional to be honest.
Shutter Island
Three billboards blablabla
Avengers infinity war & End game
Mission Impossible Fallout (was that the last one?)
Rogue 1
The Raid 2
Geostorm
The John Wick franchise
Interstellar
Inception
I dunno, the last 2 are a bit lazy, but I think they were pretty good.

It's a fantastic film. I need to see it again. Finally, someone noticed my joke
They should really play Geostorm on Gerard Butlers funeral. It's him in a nutshell.
I'll donate $1 for every film I've watched off of @R.N7's list.
I re-watched Nightcrawler last night as the wife hadn't seen it before. His performance in that is probably my favourite from anything in the 10's. Criminal that he wasn't nominated for it.Quite a few of the films mentioned star Jake Gyllenhaal.
Yeah, he was great. The near-satire dynamic of his relationship with Nina (Rene Russo) was spot-on - you'd have thought they were talking about sex when they were discussing Lou's 'amazing' footage.I re-watched Nightcrawler last night as the wife hadn't seen it before.
