When "real" time and Caf time aren't the same I tend to think that Caf time is correct.

That's the only explanation.It should right itself in abotu 25 minutes. Posts made at 1 oclock were showing as 2 oclock, and now that it's been sorted, we need to wait until about that time until it rights itself.

I might be a complete idiot, but how do I change the clock to 24-hours instead of 12-hours? I tried searching for it, but all I can find is two posts on the official forum saying it's set in the admin control panel.
