That cardiff penalty is still bugging me. How does football as a whole change the rule so that teams don’t get penalties for shit like that. Tackles that impede someone bearing down on goal, handballs from a shot at goal... fair enough. But how has rashford done anything there that the punishment should be a penalty kick?
