Januzaj substitution was the absolute worst. Why would you want to bring him on? Could have kept one of Young or Mata and brought on RVP.

World class display of time wasting by Chelsea these last five minutes or so.

Can't complain about time wasting subs when we've done the same this season.

Still doesn't excuse how infuriating it is.

Why? They've won the game. Winning isn't pathetic.
It is pathetic! Approaching the game like a small club. Why are the top European sides outplaying their opponents or at least trying to and our champions don't even want to have the ball. Would you like us to play like that at home?

This Chelsea side got leathered by PSG. They're not very good.
Leathered? You mean they lost after PSG needed extra time?

Anyway, this season was never on... This would be worse if it really were a tight race. At least we look like we can give Chelsea a tough run, at Stamford Bridge, having to utilise a teenage defender, Rooney in a midfield role and with Herrera as the holding midfielder in lieu of Carrick. That's not bad.

Bloody Hell I've lost a serious amount of faith in Blackett this season.

Oh please, if you think winning today is down to tactics then you are deluded. His analysis in the CL also failed. This Chelsea team is limping over the finish line.
Of course, it is. It is like rewatching Inter-Bayern again. One team has all the ball, but everyone knows that the other team will win and even while they are defending they are on total control.

Bringing on Blackett ultimately killed all link up play down the left where we looked most dangerous. We dominated possession but failed to really do much with it, and I feel the subs came 10 minutes too late. Januzaj shouldn't be getting games as he's not good enough right now.

If we got 3 points against a rival, sure. Not every game mind.

Herrera goes down in the box and United want a penalty, but he kicked Cahill's leg and was looking for it and Mike Dean books him.

They've ended up with Zouma, Matic, Mikel and Ramires all sat in front of their defence. Such brave champions.

    Agreed 100%.
We shouldnt expect Chelsea to allow us to win.
We knew before the game started that Chelsea were going to play the match, to win by 1 goal - thats all they need. So, hitting us on the counter (and parking the buss) was the best way to achieve that.
The thing is that we had many chances, it is not like Chelsea scored and then killed the game with us having no chances to score.

We certainly were the better team and if we just had Carrick fit i`m certain we would have won...

    Tough luck.

Er i was talking about late goals to rescue points.
    Er:

One thing that we don't do under Van Gaal that we did under SAF is score late goals, especially late goals that rescue us points.

You talked about both, and as you can see we have done both. Three equalisers and a winner.

United's winning run comes to an end and Mourinho does it again.

Despite having 75% possession, United couldn't find a way through the well organised Chelsea defence. A moment of magic from Hazard in the first-half separated the teams and despite making a few decent openings in the second-half, United never really tested Courtois in the Chelsea goal.

They can still take a lot of encouragement from this performance. A few weeks ago you would have feared the worst going to Stamford Bridge, but United went toe-to-toe with Chelsea today and more than held their own. Until next season.

United remain in third, with Man City having the chance to close the gap tomorrow. Chelsea are two wins away from being champions.

Yeah, the tactics bollocks. The thing about Mourinho is that his players so rarely get injured. Maybe it's Doctor Needles. Maybe it's just the type of physical players he likes to buy. But the injuries killed United this week. United need a less injury prone squad to compete.
