Christian Eriksen | Man Utd player

The French know very little about fighting given they are known for waving the white flag and running away. Isn’t that right @JPRouve?

At least the resistance weren't shutting the lights out and pretending that nobody was home.

I wonder how he'll be deployed. Does he come as a sub or he plays together with Bruno with someone sitting(Fred or FDJ if that happens)
Against Liverpool we played more of a double pivot, so in that formation I can't see him being a starter in CM but in the later ones both McT and VdB were a lot more advanced. That's the role in which we will see him more often. So it'll be opposition dependant really

The photos of him at Carrington are great, they just like a bloke having a tour of the place and getting some holiday snaps.

Love Eriksen I was desperate for us to sign him before Spurs picked him up, can't wait to finally see him on the pitch in a United shirt

I still remember the horror my body felt when he collapsed on the field and I could see the paramedics working on his chest. It was like my own heart stopped watching it, and to see him in our jersey now gives my body a whole different feeling. It goes beyond a new signing, it's a feeling I can't fully describe in words.

Brilliant to see this guy in our shirt. Classy player and an excellent, intelligent signing for once. He’ll be a fan favourite in no time I reckon.

I would feel depressed if someone from MUTV would interview me. My goodness, who comes up with these questions?!

Seeing all the Eriksen stuff over Facebook I did think to myself that this sort of day must be the worst for a footballer (at least one that isn't vain, or a love island fan).

Endless photos in endless poses whilst changing clothes into all the different official merch, selfie video messages to the fans, then the cringe fest interview(s). All the time whilst trying to look really happy but desperate for the day to be over. I imagine it's so much worse at a club like United too, probably only beaten by Chelsea with their ridiculous unveiling videos if they still do them.

Mata replacement. Free. It's fine with one of these types of transfers once in a while but the underwhelming part is that the club will settle on these transfers, not build on them. He'll get a new contract in a couple of years even if he hasn't done particularly well.
