Get him in! What a transfer
I agree but a man can dream.No. Just no.
No one ever said that to be fair.pikkene ud
haner ud
It makes far more sense to sell Eriksen to United though.I agree but a man can dream.
a deep lying midfield playmaker in the Carrick mould? You just know we aren’t getting Dybala, Eriksen or Bruno and we will end up paying 50m for Longstaff at 16:55 deadline day.
I have tried to get onboard with Longstaff but I just can’t. Very underwhelming for me.a deep lying midfield playmaker in the Carrick mould?
probably the one we need rather than the ones we want
Surely it's an old chicken farmers saying? No one ever said that to be fair.
Or this:
Eriksen would be my choice. I was all in for Bruno but Eriksen is far less of a risk. Still a decent age and creates tons of chances. Doesn't sound like we've even made contact with Spurs about him though. Just a bunch of reports saying we're considering a bid. What’s the general consensus on the forum with Bruno vs Eriksen?
I’d personally go for Eriksen as we know what he is capable of. If it meant that Spurs then get Bruno? I don’t know.
One is a sure bet the other had one standout season in Portugal. Easy. What’s the general consensus on the forum with Bruno vs Eriksen?

Definitely Eriksen. Probably the best player (along with Kane) for a team that has been consistently finishing above us these last few years and made the CL final. He’s shown a consistently high level in a much harder league then the one Fernandez is playing in. And we’d also be weakening a direct rival. What’s the general consensus on the forum with Bruno vs Eriksen?

They might say something like it, but on it's own it doesn't really work as a sentence/expression/exclamation.Surely it's an old chicken farmers saying?
Eriksen is about as low of a risk as you can take, and we can't afford to take many risks. We've had too many failures recently. What’s the general consensus on the forum with Bruno vs Eriksen?

I haven't even seen the kid so who knowsI have tried to get onboard with Longstaff but I just can’t. Very underwhelming for me.
Money? He seemingly wants out and there’s only maybe a dozen teams that can pay Spurs and Eriksen what they want, and most of them don’t seem interested at the minute. They might be out of options if they’re not to lose him for free.Still don’t quite believe this. He would suit us more than Dybala as well. I dont get what Spurs get out of this.
Money or nothing in 12 months.Still don’t quite believe this. He would suit us more than Dybala as well. I dont get what Spurs get out of this.
No I'm sure he'll hold out for £50M.I think we should play hardball and not go through with the deal until, in addition to the purported £50m Levy takes Lingard as well from our hands. I'm sure that idea will seem very attractive to a bean counter like Levy.
Very true. I have only watched highlights of him and one live game, I would take him I guess but for Daniel James type money as a squad player. Him on top of another more established midfield player would be great. In all honesty though we will probably sign no one.I haven't even seen the kid so who knows
heard him interviewed earlier and he seemed very excited about links to United
in terms of our midfield we need 2
a player in the mould of Longstaff or a more defensive and experienced player like Partey alongside Eriksen or Fernandes would be very welcome
it's a major squad issue that we dont have a half decent specialist DCM/DLP
Something like this may work:I’d be creaming myself if we get Eriksen but my big worry is whether he’d Be coming to replace Pogba as opposed to play with him.
Yes.Even if Spurs agree to sell and even if he agrees to come, is it weird that I'm still a bit meh about the prospect of signing Eriksen?

In any case, there’s 0 chance Levi will sell him here if has any decent alternative options. So we’ll see how this goes.
Yeah, maybe no foreign club will pay anything now and will all approach him on a free.Money or nothing in 12 months.
Fair enough.Yes.
Yep, this exactly. Not a chance Pogba goes this summer.Something like this may work:
AWB Lindelof Harold ShawDaffid
Greenwood Rash MartialMctomPogba Eriksen
Mctominay (DM), Pogba (box-to-box) and Eriksen (CAM) has the potential to rule the world.
There’s an ongoing vote in a different thread. What’s the general consensus on the forum with Bruno vs Eriksen?

Honestly if that team was on song, everyone delivering a 8/10+ performance then wow. Obviously Greenwood is still an unknown, but just the fact he is fast and can play either foot is an issue for defencesSomething like this may work:

Presumably, spurs have the chance to get quality replacements now with money for Eriksen. Wait a year, might not have the chance, plus no money for Eriksen.Still don’t quite believe this. He would suit us more than Dybala as well. I dont get what Spurs get out of this.
The way that transfer is going, you should specify who for?Another rumour, apparently a Fernandes medical tomorrow.
Eriksen is in another league when it comes to off the ball work compared to Pogba. He would also instantly become one of our best players. Evolution is the key word, as opposed to revolution, is my take on it anyway. He’d be a massive upgrade to what we currently have in midfield.Even if Spurs agree to sell and even if he agrees to come, is it weird that I'm still a bit meh about the prospect of signing Eriksen?
I like Eriksen, he's a very good footballer who would take some of the burden of creativity off Pogba's shoulders. But he's not so ridiculously outstanding that he'd be a real game changer in terms of the team's development, nor is he someone who is above disappearing or underwhelming from time to time in his own right.
Given Pogba isn't exactly a KDB in terms of what he offers off the ball, I'm not sure a midfield with both Pogba and Erisken in it would be quite as resilient as I'd like.
They get to get money for a player they'd be losing on a free otherwise and reinvest that money in a Dybala/Bruno/Colso/Coutinho.Still don’t quite believe this. He would suit us more than Dybala as well. I dont get what Spurs get out of this.
The pace of the front 5 alone is scary enough for most defenses, and that's without throwing Bale regen Dan James into the mix.Honestly if that team was on song, everyone delivering a 8/10+ performance then wow. Obviously Greenwood is still an unknown, but just the fact he is fast and can play either foot is an issue for defences
I exaggerate a bit.Yep, this exactly. Not a chance Pogba goes this summer.
Also not so much rule the world, but definitely an excellent looking midfield.
