As much as I despise saying it, I could see the next ‘dynasty’ in CFB being located in Athens.

Haven't paid attention to ND, are they deserving of the position in the poll?
Oregon most certainly wern’t deserving of their position. They cost my accumulator +17.5.

They haven’t hit the heights of their peers at Bama and LSU at WR or QB, but they do have like 2 or 3 future NFL TEs and the best player from last year’s epic D might still be on the roster (Jalen Carter).

Time to watch my obligatory first FSU game of the season, only to lose interest after we lose to an FCS team.

First FSU game since 1989 with no Gene Deckerhoff. :(

Few things here...

1. Look how tilted the goal posts are.

2. Guy at 40 seconds rocking the suspenders + belt look.

3. This is why cops are at a high school game & they probably escorted the refs a bit away from the stadium. That old fart wouldn't have done anything massive, but the mindset of going at officials is endemic in youth & high school sports. Hell, I had a minor police escort after refereeing a big rival soccer match in Tallahassee.

We are cracking up at this video. I like when the big boi ref strolls in at 47 seconds.

What a catch by Worthy, while having his facemask yanked at that.

Also, that big TD run by the Alabama RB... kinda easy to do that when the RG (or RT) literally tackles the guy nearest to making a play/stop, though not sure if he would have wrapped the RB up. Does the Alabama OL get away with that stuff frequently?

And now a horrendous RTP and Ewers is fecked. Doesn't look good.

One of the worst FG executions I've seen. Bad snap, fluffed hold, kicker hooked it, and think a defender got a hand to it as well. From 20 yards out at that. Ugh.

Figure Texas can't keep up the defensive prowess and intensity, Alabama will probably pull away.

Bijan Robinson is going to be a nice player at the next level.
20-30 years ago he’d be in contention for the first overall pick.

Did you follow the UT QB controversy over the summer? It being that Card looked better than expected and would be named starter but Sark changed his mind at the last minute. (And then maybe Card would end up being replaced after being battered by Bama and Will Anderson who might actually be the first overall pick).

Texas got robbed of a safety

If there was a forward pass made there, there was no receiver, so it was grounding in the endzone, which is a safety.
