Lots of people with fake tickets trying to get into the stadium apparently, its stopping people with tickets getting in
They mentioned earlier that there are thousands outside without tickets which hampering the people who have getting in.

FIFA don’t care. They base an attendance on tickets sold, not the actual amount that attended. They’ll come out and celebrate it as a success. Also a lot of empty seats are sponsors who don’t bother showing up, the amount of tickets fans got was ludicrously low and until every club and nation threatens FIFA on the subject it will never be rectified.Stadium half empty
