He did, but he was brought in for de Gea particularly. Silvino Louro was Mourinho’s own GK coach who left with him.Really? Thought Jose brought him in. Thats weird then

Of course you don't.Can’t understand what you put without more green smilies, sorry.
DDG was here since 2011. Just like Rooney, United all time goalscorer but never in top 20 GOAT striker.Does this somehow undo his form over the last 6-7 years?
I'm not trying to convince you otherwise, but the level of competition between the keepers and the forwards is vastly different.DDG was here since 2011. Just like Rooney, United all time goalscorer but never in top 20 GOAT striker.
Its been 18 months actually. He's had a bad 12 months. I normally wait at least 18 months of poor form before claiming a player has "lost it" so right now I'm still just calling it poor form.
World Cup is where it all went wrong.
He is already the best paid keeper.Giving him a bumper contract at this point would be pure negligence.
Fully expect us to make him the world’s best paid keeper, while the quality of his performances continue to diminish.
Has it? Damn. Get your gloves Serg. Its been 18 months actually.
I'll show you plenty. They aren't top keepers though. BTW, even the best in the world makes mistakes. Van Der Sar made many dumb mistakes but De Gea has consistently been making mistakes for a year. It's to the point where I feel it will happen again with the next few weeks.Show me a keeper that doesn’t make mistakes.
This ain't the first time it has happened. Joe Hart when downhill fast and never recovered. Okay, Hart was never close to De Geas level but point stands. Same with Barthez.I just refuse to believe a goalie this good is past it when he's supposed to be entering his prime. We've seen excellence galore from the man, it will return.
So would letting him leave for free.Giving him a bumper contract at this point would be pure negligence.
Fully expect us to make him the world’s best paid keeper, while the quality of his performances continue to diminish.
De Gea should be taken out of the firing line until he sorts his contract situation out one way or the other. A break may also do him good so he can clear his head.
Some of the goals he's let in can't be just down to a decline either at 28 IMO. If we take a step back and think with a clear mind for a second and analyse his errors, it seems to me like he's not focused or concentrated with some of the attempts that are going past him where you don't even have to be excellent in a reflex sense. Maybe he needs a fresh challenge elsewhere to motivate himself? He obviously wanted to join Madrid which didn't come to fruition, which must've been a personal dissapointment for him.Had the whole summer off.
If it's either or, no, it wouldn't.So would letting him leave for free.
Should never have let it get to this. How we let our key players get this close to the end is ridiculous. It's not like he was a good player we could maybe replace, he was our best player for years and of all the players, deserved his demands to be metTweet

Should really have sold him this summer.
I am not too bothered about it. DDG rely a lot on his reflexes and they will only get worse the older he gets. I think we have a great goalkeeper in Henderson and I would love if he got his chance next year.Should never have let it get to this. Let's put his form aside for a second, are you sure he demanded anything? Maybe he always intended to leave.Should never have let it get to this.
