They have a very advantageous bracket, whereas Eng, Fra, Spa, Ita, Ger and Albania have to fight it out on the other side.
Gotta love football fans! Everyone was saying Spain would win it after their first two games and now that they have lost to Croatia, people are all tipping Croatia to win it.

There is an unprecedented gulf in quality between the teams this time though. We played them shortly before the Euro and it didn't look good for them at all.
And they have to get past Spain, first.

The only problem with my prediction is that, if Italy wins it all, Conte might suffer from a heart attack or something...

2016 is the year of the underdog. Wales or Iceland will clinch it.
Mark Lawrenson's predictions are actually quite accurate but I'll go with Paul Merson's predictions. He predicted all the winners correctly for the round of 16 so curious to see his predictions for the quarter-finals.
Edit: My bad, Merson predicted England to win 3-0.

Well, if we'd beat Italy and somewhere encounter Iceland... I'd not exactly want them to win against us, but I'd be happy no matter what outcome ^^
If we go with the underdog story I'll give a shout to Poland. Conceded only once this tournament from a crazy overhead kick. Perfect in penalty shootout. I can see them doing a Greece.
Whoever who wins tonight should win the cup. If Italy gets past Germany which they always do, they should win the whole thing, beating two of the strongest teams - Spain and Germany is very impressive, not to mention Belgium one of the favourites, in the group stage.
Would be funny if Italy beat Spain, Germany and then France to make the final. then lose to Wales in the final.
