I'd easily give Max 90. They weren't equally side to side, he's all but lunging in. Kimi is at fault for not expecting stupidity behind him.

I'd have it as 50-50, was overly aggressive from Max but Kimi left no room. Racing incident IMO.
No investigation for Max and Kimi , so maybe they think racing incident.
I think that's fair- no malice in it, just they bunched up on a tight corner for me.

Honestly, I like it. In Hungary it was great seeing it come down lap after lap as Hamilton caught Verstappen.
