Was planning to remove Trippier after next week to make room for Salah... having doubts now.

Annoyed at my rage transfer.. should have got botman instead of Digne. Villa have good fixtures coming up but didn't realise Moreno is back. Luckily I have a decent bench so not the end of the world.

Missed the green arrow cutoff by 3 points. Another red arrow for me.

I've been struggling this second month of fixtures. I might be time to pull the trigger on my wildcard, but I'm going to wait until after the midweek fixtures are done.

Has Rashford actually played crap or is he looking ok without returning?

I've settled on 6 transfers that I'll do soon as part of a reconstruction of my team (using the chip or whatever) but want to give it one more week before I do.

I'm stuck with him and in half a mind to get rid. He costs 9m and they registered 0.66 xG vs Burnley which is pathetic. You'll see data saying he had shots in the box but they were just hopeless swipes after not being able to get through the defense.

Palace are one of the better defense but it's a home game now so probably face the torture for another week of owning him. But honestly I wouldn't mind kicking him out for Maddison who I'll get before he plays Luton anyway.

Thanks. Maddison I've wanted for weeks but having Salah has made it very hard to buy anyone really. And him having an assist every week has made it hard to sell him. But now i think I'm ready to get rid as I need to rejig my whole bench as well as my starting team.

I'm 7th in a league of 24 people and have a lot of points to claw back now.

The issue with Maddison though is he won't get through a full season.

It will be worth keeping an eye on Newcastle another week. If they're back for real I'm getting Botman or Trippier straight into my team.

Yeah but there's no way I am going without him when they play the likes of Luton and Fulham, when they have been one of the best attacks in the league and have put up over 2xG in every game since the first one, including away at Arsenal today. I have Son, so the double up is going to happen for sure.

Only question is whether to do it now or after a week and let them play Liverpool.

Cuntwell > Kabore done.

Bus team...

Maddison Son Saka Mbeumo Sterling
Alvarez Haaland

Leno, Archer, Cash, Udogie

Feels great. Binned two and left with one now, and he better keep walking straight without looking back on what's coming for him.

Bus team as of now:

Onana
Trippier, Gabriel, Beyer
Saka, Son, Rashford, Mbuemo, Sterling
Haaland (C), Alvarez

Turner, Estupinan, Archer, Udogie

I think as of now I will roll. Any obvious moves?

Also, not sure whether to start Beyer with a DGW or Estupinan away to Villa.

Thank feck I had trippier in my team. Although a bit pissed off as I was originally going to put Botman in as well but for some reason decided to go with Nathan Collins. All that was at the expense of Kyle Walker just to rub salt in the wound.

I mean it was. Atleast for me, when my overall rank was around 300k. Now my rank tanked thanks to all those hauls.
Oh. Yes I see. Yeah my par score might be a lot lower than that.

So glad I wildcarded, actually paid off for the first time ever. Got ahead of the curve, as there’s a spate of WCs coming now and it’ll just be for the same bunch of players.

Does getting both Son and Maddison make sense?
Decent fixtures after gw 7

Bit the bullet tonight and used 2 FTs before any price rises. Saliba/Alvarez: out. Botman/Darwin: in. Let's watch it backfire.

Yes it does. I took out Son before this week and are really close to just bring him back. Might wait untill after pool.
Imma pull the trigger and get Son before Pool
Its him or Sterling and I can’t stand the Chelsea fecker stinking up the place.

Yeah if i had Sterling i would do the same. Sadly i have Rashford and still praying on a pipe dream, at least for one more week.
Oof
Going forward no Chelsea and Utd players for me no matter how tempting it looks.
Got baited with the easy Chelsea fixtures won’t get baited again. Have Bruno in my team will try to get rid soon.

Biggest priorities to get out of a team with

Chilwell, Gusto, Rashy and Wissa?

Probably need to get Botman in asap as a cheap easy option, but do have 2 transfers, so might be time to bin Wissa down to a 4.5m facilitator to enable Son in a couple of weeks post Liverpool game.

Rashford should be your lowest priority unless he’s injured.

I’d roll but go with Estu. He’s in a far better side.
Or transfer in Botman - which is what you probably should do…

Im going with:
Saliba - Botman - Trippier
Bruno - Rashy - Saka - Gordon
Alvarez - Haaland - Hojlund
Subs: Mitoma - Estu - Udogie

Yeah, I might do that just because I need to have money for doing Sterling to Maddison the week after. I have a buffer of 0.1 but Botman will go up today and Madders also goes up.

Thing is I can just play Gabriel vs BOU in theory so even if I do get Botman he won't really be needed this week. But that's debatable.

Darwin to Alvarez was a bad move.

Think I'll hang on to Alvarez for Wolves and possibly switch back to Darwin after that game.

I don't think I'll bother bringing in any Luton players. Chasing doubles rarely works for me and Luton are shite.

Its been a torrid first 6 weeks, even my wife is 30 points ahead of me.

I won our cash league last year and find myself 21/31 this year.

Pretty sure i finished in the top 10 on the RedCafe league too, now im miles off.

To take my mind of this silly game, I'm going to watch a YT video on how to self-circumcise blindfolded and try it.
