So how do we realistically get rid of Woodward? Honest question - Can we as fans somehow put pressure on him in numbers?

(assuming there's no way to get rid of the Glazers)

I hope we get relegated. That's the only way to get the parasites to leave.

If we end up starting an eleven against arsenal that doesn’t include a striker?

All talk of managers/transfers is pointless until the root of the problem is addressed, which is of course these shitstains.

When Woodward appointed Ole, everyone thought that Woodward made a mistake for his own self. No one would turn against Ole before turning against Woodward and higher level management of the club. Oh, how the United fanbase was overestimated.

To start with a team of champions, spend £900m and end up what that team out on the pitch takes a special kind of incompetence. Woodward must be the worst thing to ever happen to this club.

They don't care.

The turnover will still be huge regardless.
Not for long. Very soon the sponsorships will see a dip if we keep missing out on top 4. When Pool were struggling, the top 4 were pretty much set in stone before the season even kicked off. However now that there is a top 6, there's no guarantees of CL every year and we are looking likely to miss out on it for two consecutive years. That would mean less revenue from the Adidas deal, which will kick in the drop in salary for many of these players causing more issues. So unless the Glazers get their heads out of their asses and spend or get someone competent to replace Woodward, we are more likely going to be a not so lucrative proposition to sponsors going forward.

We need some kind of campaign like Green and Gold again.. One that doesnt lash out at the players or the manager, but goes for the real men in chargé of the under-investment and bad leadership..

We should use our hive-mind to come up with some ideas for both overall aims, strategy and campaigns.

Will be crazy if Ole goes and we still don't have a DOF in place for the next appointment

but its what I expect to happen, to be honest

To all the people giving Ole stick, Ed fecking Woodward is the problem.

Ole might not be of the sort of quality we should be aiming for in a manager, but Ed fecking Woodward has no business running the club, especially after his repeated failures over the years.

feck you Ed.

What's that based on? The divs on here or the divs on Twitter?

Absolutely has to happen. The rot has come from the top and no manager in the world will be a success with them in charge. We’re too nice as fans though. What can we do about it? Protests? They always weather the storm hiding in America

We’ve got to do something other than all venting on red caf every weekend, put the energy to better use!

We could be 10 points behind Liverpool after only 6 games!

Our rivals now are not Liverpool, City, Chelsea or Arsenal but Leicester, West Ham, Wolves. Feck me.

How can this idiot is still here!

As long as the Glazers are here Woodward will sit on his throne.

People can ask for Ole’s head all they want, but we know where the real problem is. The cycle will continue but at least Ole can escape this mess.

1. Cancelling MUTV and season tickets.
2. Don't buy any more merchandise.
2. Stop attending matches.

Empty seats will make a huge difference. A big amount of our revenues is from TV. A lot of matches are televised. Empty seats will impact the brand.

Quoted to bring this thread back up.

Whether Ole is good enough or not is irrelevant when Woodward is still running the club.
Woodward is doing exactly what the Glazers want though. Even if by some miracle we got him out, what would change? They would just replace him with another lacky to focus on exactly the same things.

They have no interest in restructuring to focus on the football side. If they did, it would have been done years ago wouldn't it? They don't even care about football or the club anyway.

We're just being bled dry going absolutely no where in the meantime, then they will disappear back off to the Everglades when we're finished.

For anything to change, we need to get them all out. We're too big for that to happen it feels like.

Would this work? If you got a good portion of season ticket holders to stop attending matches, won't Old Trafford just be filled up with more tourists instead? United is a pretty big brand.

The greatness of United both in terms of popularity and financial might were due to SAF. The yankee parasites bought the club, saddled the club with the debt, have knocked us off of our perch, and are now living off of the legacy that SAF built. And make no mistake, if they sell, they will make HUGE profit having invested sweet feck all of their money. The sooner they and their bootlicking banker feck off, the better.

I didnt suggest Green and Gold, but a similar campaign to raise awareness. I dont think Green and Gold was pointless neither. Is your suggestion to do nothing and be grumpy in your armchair? Join in, in a constructive way please..

That's quite obviously our strategy. The self proclaimed "Biggest club in the World"

You think the fans of the biggest club in the World (Real Madrid) would sit by and watch parasites run their club like a bank.

I like the suggestions and thanks for benefitting. Already doing these myself - I do feel we need an overall movement going. So all of these suggestions like your + many more is called something new and has a new face for one big push from the fans.

If all of us fans acted like one big company, where we used say 1 hour a week to actively tell other fans about what we can do, come up with ideas and actively fight the Glazers somehow, we'd have a big movement, to ultimately making them stiger go or invest more. Instead of spending money on shirts, we could spend money on campaigning.
