Unfortunately gentlemen's agreements mean nothing legally on paper and Kane should not have signed such a lengthy contract...his agent needs to share the blame.

Kane is 28 years old and he's injury prone after being overused and run down by his club....it's now or never for Kane.
Asking 160 million for Kane is outrageous and disgusting.
It stinks of a power move to force him to stay, because every year his value will decline for Tottenham.
