Vinicius decision making is...questionable at times.
Mostly he needs to learn to play off the ballVinicius decision making is...questionable at times.
We did finally press really well and look organized, and our fitness levels looked really good for the third game in a row, which bodes wellLuck!? No! We see the return of the pressing in Zidane's gameplan and the difference is amazing. La liga's title is Real's to lose now.
Just Ramos being away is enough to make them fragile again. It’s crazy how fragile Varane seems when his captain is not there. The core of this Madrid team is still class, they'd win the league quite easily this year if they had bothered to invest in the squad.
But all it takes is Ramos, Carvajal, Casemiro or Benzema to miss part of the season and they'll be in trouble again
Messi breaking into a sweat and keeping Koeman around into 2021...Barca 0-0 against Levante at home, 70 mins gone.
Camp Nou is more known for tourists than for a fierce atmosphere...I think Barcelona desperately needs Camp Nou full of supporters. They suffer a severe quality drop without their supporters. They need either the booing or the cheering, some sort of guidance. They play in an empty Camp Nou as if it were a training ground in the outskirts of the city or something. Messi has played miserably all 2020 in all those empty stadiums. His fire is gone. Though he scored today and got his team three vital points.
Uh, perhaps against bottom of the barrel clubs (top 15-20).Camp Nou is more known for tourists than for a fierce atmosphere...
So early tooRaul Garcia is a lunatic
Thanks!
Yeah. Brain dead level: VidalSo early too
If I have to be brutally honest, Real Madrid were terrible in their defensive transition. Yeah, they were pressing, but once the ball was lobbed back to Inigo Martinez, they had to fall back into shape. Unfortunately for them, there was no one but Vinicius who was anywhere near Ander Capa, and him giving up on tracking back + Ramos's indecisiveness contributed to that goal. That counter has been very good.
1-1
Not needed anymore now that Benzema's scoredSet up for inevitable Ramos winner last 10 minutes....
Yes, you are absolutely spot on. That was clearly Madrid in lazy mode in defensive transition. If I have to be brutally honest, Real Madrid were terrible in their defensive transition. I can't tell if you're being sarcastic or not (but I suck at telling sarcasm anyways )Yes, you are absolutely spot on. That was clearly Madrid in lazy mode in defensive transition.
No, it's the truth.I can't tell if you're being sarcastic or not (but I suck at telling sarcasm anyways )
Nah, that was real madrid in defensive transition without CasemiroYes, you are absolutely spot on. That was clearly Madrid in lazy mode in defensive transition.
Funnily enough, I was thinking the exact same thing. Kroos is basically playing where Casemiro's supposed to be, and he's completely out of the game with that one long pass from Inigo Martinez. Casemiro would have read the danger instantly and recovered back to his position. Ramos was basically going into the area where Casemiro would typically be, anyways.Nah, that was real madrid in defensive transition without Casemiro
