The badges look ironed on. I hope that's not the case.

The badges on the new kits are 'laser cut'... whatever that's supposed to mean.

...It is a shocker of a shirt though. That stat Solius posted is right too: We've conceded 17 goals in 7 games wearing that.
Black kit would be nice. From time to time you get people who just don't understand that these things - call it routine, or visibility, or sports-psychology, or whatever - can and often do actually make a difference.

Is it possible that we are getting 3 new kits this year?

With Nike having the rights to our kits, how much say do we as a club have over if we get a new kit each year. Nike are paying like £10m a year for the rights to make our kits and sell them, can we actually tell them "no, we're keeping the same kit two seasons in a row"? It looks like they have the right to produce x amount of new kits over the 10 year (or whatever it is) contract and they're meeting it by making a new home kit every season and reusing old away kits/third kits?

The only time we ever got 3 kits in one season in recent times was in 2002 when we did the switch over to Nike. Most likely the white Bolton lookalike kit from this season will be used sparingly as the 3rd shirt next season with the home kit and black with blue chevron kit being changed.

If we lift the CL I expect home shirts will be dished out for ceremony after the game.
Doubtful. Don't forget they sell replicas of the final shirt, complete with the date, opposition and stadium etc, which Nike will be hoping sell like hot cakes. The current home kit has stopped production, and I'm sure the white one won't have sold anywhere near as many units as they'd hoped so us winning the final and having pictures plastered all over the world of the team lifting the trophy in white is the perfect advert for Nike to get a bunch more sales.
