Made a few good runs, did perfectly on the counter that miki should've laid on a plate for lingard, had the right idea for that run when lingard was overlapping but just didn't push it wide enough of the defender. Some plays should've done better, some he did well. People just rip into him every time he loses it instead of accepting that players like that take a lot more risks and will lose it but if it comes off, then you can score.
I don't think mourinho is doing him any flavours. Rashord should not even be on the bench let alone replace lukaku

I'm a huge Rashford fan...wish he had been given the start today, would have been better for his confidence. He looks timid and unsure of himself so far in the first half. I want to see that swagger and confidence in him the 2nd half. I hope he isn't losing his confidence having to play out of position so much on the wing.
