He's amazing at the moment and taking it to another level. Long may it continue.

Quiet night for him, never really got involved. Hopefully all is okay with him for Sunday

I think Barcelona focused on him quite heavily after last week. It gave room for our other players to perform, though.

Subdued game from him but he was double-teamed and Araujo is no joke. Think he responded to ETH that he was fine when he came off.

Didn't think, he played all too differently to all the other games before. Only difference is, he didn't had many chances to hit the target and didn't end up scoring one. He will be fine for the weekend.

The good sign was it looked like he sat on the bench rather than down the tunnel when he came off. He occupied their defenders and was at times double teamed which if happens will leave others free

He looked better through the middle even though overall it was still an underwhelming performance. I just hope that he didn't pick up any injury tonight.

ETH seemed to question him when he was coming off and judging by the reaction Marcus gave it looked like he said he was fine.

Now I am worried about his available for the final.

Don't think he's any worse than some recent performance. Just not score today disappoint people's expectation. Still had moment, did look the most threatening player among our attackers. ETH shoehorned WW as starter limits all players. Rashford and Sancho stepped onto each other foot in the first half operating like that while WW offered nothing to open the pitch for them.

Poor performance tonight - albeit against a quality defender in Araujo. Should have passed to Antony when he broke through on the right. Hopefully, he's fully fit for the final. He's by far our biggest attacking threat.

Didn't get on the scoresheet today. Sack ETH Sell Rashford

...all kidding aside I hope he's ready for the final and his coming off was just a precaution

Thought he was very passive today. Need a big one from him Sunday.

That was the one time I got pissed at him. Was idiotic to shoot from that angle with Antony and Bruno both open in the box.

In reality he got a bit bossed by Araujo tonight. All good. Hope he turns up on sunday

He’s not using crutches or a protective boot outside the ground, which suggests there isn’t anything they are concerned about aggravating.

Would be fecking typical of Newcastle's luck to have their first final in god knows how many years against a side without their best player. Who even picks up the slack if Rashford's out injured?

Definitely wasn’t poor. Movement off the ball was excellent but teammates didn’t play the right pass at times. Probably a 6 out of 10 display. Just one of those nights when it didn’t quite click.

Could’ve had a goal or assist if he twatted it or squared it to Antony instead of trying to be cute with his backheel. Improved in the 2nd half, mostly because we started actually finding red shirt with our passes, so he could participate in the plays.

Not great comments on the injury from EtH

Said he asked him if it was serious on the night and he told him he didn’t know.

Will be assessed this afternoon apparently but EtH is unsure about the final.
