There has been much attention rightly given to Ed Woodward/Glazer's for the failings in the market. The person negotiating these deals is way more hidden. In Patrice Evra's rant earlier today, it points to Ed Woodward being to trusting of others negotiating these deals. There has been much talk of how poor Man United are seen by other clubs, regarding negotiatings.
So what do people know about him, he seems to avoid scrutiny. I've created this thread to bring awareness, for others to share knowledge of this shadowy figure. All the frustration and negativity for a poor window needs to be highlighted. If the rumours of Matt Judge being difficult to deal with are true, should we not be bringing more attention to him online especially. He seems to be the man putting the tighter grip on agreeing fees, players leaving for less too. Ed Woodward gets final approval but the mess seems to be starting with him, the ground work of these deals.
What I could find online. He joined the club in 2012, started negotiating transfers in 2016. He had a Masters in Economics and Finance. Background in investment Banking for 13 years prior to joining us. That's all I can see, seems he is a hidden figure within the club. The mess is now a collective thing. The failings are shared out and responsibility needs to be taken at all levels.
Does anyone have information on Judge. He seems to get away with the shambles he's been clearly involved in. Does he need to be removed more urgently than Ed Woodward, are the issues with him negotiating to secure these signings?
These late signings and lack of additions, poor contract extensions can't be a coincidence from 2016?
