In a sensational move the AC Milan supremo Silvio Berlusconi has told Kaka that he can join Man Utd this summer if that is his dream. The Italian side would not stand in his way if United offer the rumoured £70m for the Brazilian star, and the player himself wants the move.
“Berlusconi said: “Will Kaka stay? I hope so.”
“You have all seen how we behave at Milan, we do not have the attitude of forcing our will on players.”
He added: “Those who stay are happy to remain with us. When Shevchenko told us he wanted to play in England, and everyone knows how much we all loved him here, we didn’t feel it was right to say no. His was a strong desire, repeated to us often.”
Kaka has already admitted that he couldn’t say no to United, and he would love to join his good friend Anderson at Old Trafford. He said: “They have some great players in Giggs and Scholes and especially Wayne Rooney.”
“One of my best friends, Anderson, is also there — how can anyone say no?”
“They are the English and European champions and a great club to play for.”
Man Utd have reportedly been in talks with Kaka’s agents this week, so could this mean a deal is on the cards?
