I love the idea of world class footballers getting 9-5 desk jobs after they finish playing.
I amused myself with that... & I thought he fit the role pretty well.

That means we had no chance then. Ahh well, the Citeh dressing room ought to be a fun place now.

And Balotelli.Makes our selection problems look easy, except we don't have a load of overpaid prima donas on the bench...

For someone whos going to bank nearlly £40 mil over the next 4 years. He could at least attempt a smile.Poor bloke, what were they? His 3rd? 4th choice?
"Is this the way to the overflowing trophy cabinet? I want to see how much this club has won in its history."
Is that AVB following him up the stairs?
Looks like him.Is that AVB following him up the stairs?
Gary's tottie. The comms director shouldn't wear a brown spotted dress though, she looks too much like an old cow already. The assistant at the end is a bit ... even if she is working for those blue c**ts!!
Yeah but you need to kidknap the player before he gets to the other team's stadium.Looks like him.
United >> City when it comes to kidnapping Shitty bound players.
I don't know whos better between Lescott and Toure. Both are very overrated. Lescott has the advantage of having a fully functioning body, whereas Toure isn't a headless chicken. They already employ 2holding players. I doubt they need more cbs that badly. When Toure returns or Svaic inevitably kicks out Lescott they will be formidable at the back.
I honestly don't know how I'll react when this period of dominance inevitably ends. Weeks and weeks of uncontrollable weeping I would assume...I sometimes forget how lucky we are to have lived through such a period of dominance by one club in England. If you'd come to me in 1992 when we pissed the league away at the end and told me what would happen over the next 20 or so years I'd have taken six months to stop laughing at you.
It won't be recognised for what it is until it stops... problem is, I'm greedy now and I don't want it to ever stop. That is what Fergie has done for us.
Apparently they made up a position for him: "Football Development Executive"
Looks chuffed to bits Only cracks a smile when he see's Patrick... Who seems to have a new 9-5 office job at Citeh

he looks like a 14 year old schoolboy who is being escorted to the headmaster's office after he was caught copying during an exam

I imagine he'll say:Hope he doesn't come out with one of those sickly "Manchester fans" lines in his opening statement as a City player.
Samir Nasri said:I always noticed when I played here for Arsenal that the fans seemed to be much more from Manchester than the ones at Old Trafford did.
As long as he doesn't say "I've always noticed more fans at the Etihad Stadium than Old Trafford"...I imagine he'll say:
Cringe.

You might not think that if City win the leagueI was never too bothered about signing Sneijder but for whatever reason seeing Nasri sign for City today makes me really not want to sign him! Don't know why, must be based on the soul-less galactico thing whereby they are packed with an assembly of hugely expensive foreign stars who know nothing of the club's history, but it makes me appreciate even more the work we do in developing young talent in the United traditions.
It's hard to put my finger on as I know we also spend big money sometimes and that we also have foreigners here, but I don't really want a big expensive signing like Sneijder. If we can pick up another talented youngster with potential and something to prove, even if they're relatively expensive such as Jones or De Gea, I'd much rather that than to buy our rivals' best players.
Where do City stop though? They are on a mission and surely at some point if they think they can realistically win the champions league (next summer?) they will pursue Messi. They are willing to throw around so much money, if they went in with £200 million and offered him £400k per week would they get him?

New pointless role for Patrick Vieira at Massive Citeh FC
it seriously is a 9-5!The World Cup winner will have a wide ranging role, helping to deliver the club's social responsibility programme, both in the UK and abroad, as well as working closely with City's commercial partners.
feck me, record attendance!
He wore the number 8.What number was he at Arsenal?
Nasri is a brilliant signing for them and they have to be taken seriously as it is only a matter of when, not if they'll win the league. As much faith as I have in United and despite our fantastic start it is going to be very tough this year. We can only really hope their defence continues to be uninspiring, but they have so much goal threat now, and even getting the ball off them won't be easy. You might not think that if City win the league
I hate having to do it but I'm sticking up for City a bit. The wages they pay are astronomical and probably inflate the market buit their additions this year have been astute rather than the scattergun approach of other seasons.
I expected them to make more signings this summer than they have, but they've simply added quality in preperation for the CL and a tough season ahead.
Nasri is a top player, and provides an option - because they look very reliant on Silva - he's the heartbeat of the side at the moment. Nasri takes the pressure off them in that regard and provides an option on the left.
Aguero will replace Tevez when they can finally ship him out and with Dzeko looking like he's got a bit of confidence they're well stocked.
Whether they can ever compete for Barca and Madrid's top stars depends how succesful they are in the future I suppose, but the very best players are already on enormous wages so any move might be negligable.
The only time he's looked happy all day is when proudly presenting the #19
It really is!This is a bad day for football.
You lot should all be happy
