Bucks are proper good. Giannis was 0-7 for three but at least he attempts them, and he got 26 points and 15 rebounds anyway (he had 18 or 19 rebounds in their last game, is it going to be a trend?). Even Henson is shooting threes (2-3 tonight)!

Lakers need to acquire a 3pt specialist otherwise their basketball won't work efficiently
Hart, KCP, Kuzma are normally decent shooters. Mikhalyuk is a good shooter too. It’s really only point guards and centers who can’t shoot at Lakers and Ball was actually not that terrible from three post All-Star break last year. They just had an off game.

Being decent isn't good enough if you wanna win the NBA title. However I like their team, their young core is fun to watch

Jazz vs Warriors was a cracking game  Durant is incredible, nobody can stop him
I love Jazz. Shame they couldn’t hold on to a win.

Very excited about Jazz, Pelicans and my Trail Blazers in the West. Pelicans scored 149 last night, gosh! All teams I like have been doing great so far, maybe aside from Phila who have shown little improvement but it’s just two games.

Good win last night. Steve Kerr says that he always likes to play players against their old teams. Putting Jerebko in at the end was obviously a good move.

Awesome game between Boston and Toronto last night. If we see those two in the ECF, I'll be a happy man. Great back and forth game.

The Joker is life, what a star

35/11/10 on 11/11 shooting, 4 steals and a block. No TO's. The only blemish on his stat sheet was 10/11 from the free throw line.

I reckon we've got a strong team this season. We always seem to have a nice even contribution. One legit superstar, one all-star level defender and some good young players. Murray can developing into an all-star calibre Guard.

I still think Jokic’s defense is not good enough yet. I also don’t understand why he cannot get himself into proper physical shape. I get it that he’s still excellent despite looking like a 40-year old accountant but he would be even better than this if he actually bothered to work out and lost some of the fat.

Unique player with amazing court vision for a center (for a player of any position really) and a sweet stroke though. I think this is the year Denver could finally make the playoffs, barring some injuries. From last year’s playoffs line up almost certainly Timberwolves won’t make it and I think Nuggets could also beat Spurs record this year.

We will. Sixers will pay a price for not trying to improve their team over Summer. They went into a preseason with Kawhi available and didn’t even make a proper try to get him, now they are completely ignoring Butler too. They need some experienced star, the current team is not good enough to match up with healthy Boston and Toronto.

OKC getting beaten by Sacramento but Westbrook is 2 assists and a rebound away from triple double so all is good.

Lol I can’t decide if I respect PG for staying at OKC or if he’s an idiot for not joining Lebron at LA.

Westbrook basically plays the game like it’s NBA 2K MyPlayer.

Guys on the Ringer think Adam Silver called both Lakers and George and told them this marriage can’t happen because there was clear tampering and both would be punished severely if it went through.

It’s not really that far fetched. The whole saga was bizarre.

I think that one full season without Durant has brought the worst out of Westbrook i.e. the desire to pad stats and chase personal awards. He was actually good last night and the loss was on other players not him but over the course of season he has too many games where his team loses because of his selfishness.

Big win for Denver, they always beat Golden State at home but to do this on a second night of back to back makes it sweeter. 3-0 to start the season, good.

Clippers beat Rockets which reaffirms me in my belief that Houston will not be a patch on the team from last season this year. I think Pelicans, Jazz or even Blazers could finish with a similar or better record.

Cavs annihilated by Hawks owing to a spectacular performance by Trae Young. Cleveland are much worse than everyone thought, 0-3 and have looked hopeless in all games.

The West looks interesting. Rockets have gotten worse IMO when they lost Ariza, he was such a pivotal role player for them. The Jazz will surprise quite a few too. Also really impressed by the Blazers.

The East will be a two horse race. The 76ers will underwhelm and I can even see the Pacers finishing as a higher seed than them.

Three horse race IMO. Bucks will be in the mix.

Lebron taking it to OT to then miss two crucial free throws.

Also anyone else think the scores in the games are just getting arcade level high?

Yes, the pace is absurdly high, almost 60s levels. It's been increasing steadily in the last few years.

I hate the rumors about potential Lonzo Ball for Lillard trades. Blazers are not going to let him go for a package centered around an underwhelming point guard who can’t shoot. Would have to be both Ball and Ingram and I’m pretty sure that doesn’t get it done either without another asset added into the mix. Dame is a top 10 player, he should not be traded at all.

Wizards sneak a win in Portland again. I swear this happens every single year - they come to Portland out of form and get a win by a single point after a spectacular Markieff Morris performance.

Too many 130s-140s indeed. Too many 3 pointers in today's NBA, this is why I really like players like Embiid (even if he can take 3s)
4 games in, just checked the Knicks own their picks for next year and I'm out too. Wake me up when Durant signs (he won't cuz its the Knicks.)
I thought despite the bad record, the Knicks are showing more cojones so far.

Middleton shot 7-8 from the three last night. Bucks could win the East this season, Bud has got them playing some spectacular basketball and it will only improve. Come on Bucks!

Yikes. He needs to play with the second unit and let Reddick start with Simmons.

Phili should give Bolden more minutes, so Fultz can pass off to Bolden and that rookie with the nice shot from deep.

Steph is a criminal. There should be a limit on how many 3 pointers you can shoot in a game. Yesterday was pure filth and I felt bad about Wizards.

Wizards are pussies. I'm so happy he destroyed them, they have some of big game talkers in the NBA and they do feck all
