Sorry, I thought you were referring to goals at Barcelona
Yea, I should have been clearer: I think he'll end up with more goals than Ronnie and Messi in total (all comps etc).

I can see him beating their CL record too, and possibly the amount they've scored in La Liga, but I don't think it'll happen as he won't be at Barca for more than 3 years, I think.

So you think he's leaving Barca this summer? To go where?

Oh. Fair enough. One of the Twitter accounts I follow said the club punished him for it. Perhaps that's a coincidence with the time off

This is almost like Romario punching Simeone so he could go chill in Brazilian summer.

I do wonder what would have happened had Madrid managed to sign him instead of Barcelona. Him and Ronaldo play in the same position. Presumably, Neymar would have been moved to accommodate Ronaldo. No one has managed to shift Ronaldo from the left wing spot since he has been there.

What would have happened to his development? Would playing centrally or wherever had changed his game play?

I believe they would have sold Ronaldo, most likely to United. Wasn't 2013 the summer where Ferguson apparently promised a Ronaldo return?

Patrice Evra has revealed that Sir Alex Ferguson told him Cristiano Ronaldo would "99 per cent" return to Manchester United shortly before announcing his shock retirement.

I believe Neymar to Barca changed a lot of things but who knows? Another question is what would have happened with Bale? Would he have stayed with Spurs? And if not, where would he have played? Not a Barca type player at all and Bayern wouldn't have payed anywhere near € 100M for a player. Chelsea? City? United?

Ronaldo would be at PSG, Bale at United. That meant United would've won under Moyes and he'd still be in charge. LvG unemployed, would enter into a manic depressive state. Di Maria not going to United also, would've triggered a series of butterfly effects causing Algeria to win the 2014 world cup.

That's the most obvious statement I have read in entire 2016.

So that explains Riyad Mahrez's form. Did someone forget to tell him that the masterplan above didn't get the go ahead after all?

What happened to this guy? After all the hype and praise in the autumn, I've barely heard his name mentioned lately.

People were saying that when Ronaldo and Messi faded he'd be the best in the world. It seems that Messi being in the team is hindering him or the entire team is hindered from fatigue.

Messi being in the team hinders no Barcelona player, he elevates all of them.
