that's part of my argument yes. another is that running backs are hard to evaluate because so much is dependent on line / scheme.
The RB ratings only tell part of the story.
Naturally guys picked high will be the RB1 and get most of the carries. The point is if you replace them and give RB2 those carries the differential is not that much.
