When you're not playing by the rules, constraints don't apply, and when you have an infinite budget, you can have an artificial xi, squad
and Haaland on top. Whether isolated as a sole transfer or as part of a bigger picture, we are not in that financial field. Not even close.
Once City entered the fray for him, he was not attainable for anyone else but PSG, difference being, they actually follow FFP so couldn't have added him to the squad anyway. It's a broken transfer on an unprecedented scale.
